Writing
Van Gogh began painting in his late twenties. He lived and worked mainly in France. He developed his own bold and emotional style. He is known for using thick brushstrokes and bright, contrasting colours to express feelings rather than to create realistic images.
Writing
Van Gogh often painted landscapes, flowers, and everyday scenes. My favourite painting by him is The Starry Night. I love the swirling sky in this painting because it looks both wild and peaceful at the same time. If you enjoy art, you will certainly be moved by Van Gogh’s works.
