A项Every day意为“每天”,作时间状语;B项Every time意为“每次”,可引导从句;C项Everyday是形容词,意为“日常的”,作定语修饰名词;D项Everytime拼写错误。
the key to sth是固定搭配,表示“……

Different people have different ways to spend free time, which makes life more colourful.
I usually plan my free time clearly instead of wasting it. On weekends, I get up a little late and then I spend an hour doing outdoor sports every morning—jogging in the park or playing badminton with my friend. It not only relaxes my mind after a busy week but also keeps my body healthy. In the afternoon, I often read books in the library, mostly history books and English novels. Sometimes I join the school’s reading club to share ideas with classmates, which helps me know more different views. On Sunday evenings, I don’t arrange heavy activities. I just watch a short English movie or listen to light music at home, and prepare things for the coming week.
I think free time is a precious gift. A good plan can make it meaningful, letting us get relaxed and gain growth at the same time. It never makes me feel bored but full of energy for daily study and life.

Tea and coffee are two of the world’s most popular drinks, yet they have very different histories, origins, and roles in people’s lives. Tea has a history of over 4,000 years and first began in China. It is made from the leaves of the tea plant. In many countries, drinking tea is more than just a habit—it is a cultural tradition. For example, in the UK, people enjoy “afternoon tea” to relax, while in Turkey, tea is served to guests as a sign of welcome and friendship. Some also drink tea for health benefits, such as reducing stress or improving digestion.
Coffee, on the other hand, has a much shorter history, appearing only about 1,000 years ago. It is made from roasted coffee beans and contains caffeine, which helps people feel more awake and focused. Because of this, coffee is often drunk in the morning or during work breaks to stay alert and increase energy. Many people rely on coffee to start their day or get through a busy afternoon. While tea is often linked to relaxation and socialising, coffee is more commonly connected to productivity and energy. Both drinks are loved around the world, but they serve different purposes in our daily lives.
