Presenting ideas & Reflection ◇目标导航◇ 类别 课时要点 教学重点 小组合作制作一个关于本地英雄的短视频展示稿,向全班展示,反思本单元的学习收获。 教学难点 制作内容充实、逻辑清晰的短视频,流畅自信地进行展示,准确总结本单元学习收获,明确自身改进方向。 ◇教学过程◇ Step 1 Leading in 1.Greet the class and briefly review the key points of this unit. 2.Introduce the task:“As we learnt at the beginning of the unit,we will make a short video presentation about a local hero in groups and present it to the class.Then we will reflect on our learning in this unit.” Step 2 Preparation for the presentation 1.Divide students into groups. 2.Guide students to determine the local hero they want to introduce.Remind them to collect key information. 3.Put forward requirements for the short video:clear structure,proper use of words and expressions from this unit,and appropriate use of attributive clauses introduced by “who” to describe the hero.The short video should be concise,beautiful and easy to understand. 4.Give students 20 minutes to prepare.Walk around the classroom to offer guidance. Step 3 Presentation and voting 1.Invite each group to present their short video in turn.Each group’s presentation time is three to five minutes. 2.Ask other students to listen carefully,take notes,and evaluate the presentation. 3.Comment on each group’s presentation and give corresponding suggestions for improvement. 4.Hold a class vote for the best three videos. 5.Summarise the presentations:emphasize that local heroes are around us,their ordinary deeds reflect noble qualities,and we should learn from them and carry forward their spirits.
