Sanxingdui culture

“This” refers to more and more visitors coming to Sanxingdui from all over the world.
To me, this is more valuable than the gold masks in our museum.

2 What does this sentence show about the author’s opinion?
It shows the author believes the greatest value of Sanxingdui lies in cultural inheritance and communication, not just the precious relics like gold masks. He thinks it is more important that people around the world get to know and understand our ancient history. When more
visitors come, our splendid traditional culture
can be passed on and spread widely, which
matters far more than the relics themselves.
15
3 What can we learn from the writer’s idea about cultural relics?
The real value of cultural relics is not only their appearance, but the history and culture behind them. It’s meaningful to let more people know our ancient civilization and pass down our cultural heritage.

Hello everyone, I’m Lei Yu, the director of Sanxingdui Museum.
Sanxingdui is the site of the ancient Shu Kingdom and it lies in the northwest of Guanghan, Sichuan.
Archaeologists began to study this place in 1934. Lots of earlier researchers spent plenty of time and energy here, so I feel I stand on their shoulders. All amazing findings come from more than 90 years of hard work.
These relics are very valuable. They fill a blank in Chinese history and show our culture communicated with other cultures long ago. Also, the ancient Shu people were full of great creativity. I never get tired of this magical place after over 40 years’ work.
We still have many historical secrets to discover. We won’t give up and will keep working harder to let more people know our brilliant ancient history.

$Hot and cool at last I arrived in chengdu. My friend tell you, took me to a restaurant right from the airport. I just couldn't wait to try citron hot part, but the first taste made my mouths burn. The food was much hotter than I expected. I took a deep breath and drank a whole glass of iced lemon tea. Do you want something less hot? How you said? no. I replied, when in china do, as the chinese do. I carefully took a small mouthful. Surprisingly, I started to enjoy the taste and cooking hot pot was just as fun as eating IT. After lunch, things went from really hot to totally cool. We went to the new sunshine. Do a museum. The mosques were fantastic. Why are their eyes and ears much bigger than Normal ones? What ancient two people able to see. And here further than us, I wanted, I wanted to stay in the museum for a week. My first day in china was full of fun. I tried nee food and went to an exciting place. I'm really looking forward to the rest of my trip around china.
