请你以“Money: A Good Servant or a Bad Master”为题,写一篇短文谈谈你对金钱的看法:1.
There is an old saying: "Money is a good servant and a bad master." In my opinion, this saying perfectly describes the dual nature of money.
On the one hand, money is essential in our daily life. We need it to buy food, clothing, and housing. It can help us get a better education, receive medical treatment, and lead a comfortable life. Without money, we may have difficulty meeting our basic needs.
On the other hand, if we become too obsessed with money, it can have a negative effect on our life. Some people spend all their time making money and ignore their family and health. Others are willing to do anything, even illegal things, to get more money. In this case, money turns into a bad master.
As far as I'm concerned, we should make proper use of money and not be controlled by it. Money should serve us, not the other way around. The most valuable things in life, such as love, friendship, and health, cannot be bought with money.
