Short‑sightedness Among Chinese Teenagers
Nowadays, short-sightedness is very common among Chinese teenagers. Only 36% of primary students are nearsighted, while the rate rises to 71.6% in junior high and 81% in senior high.
There are several main causes. Some kids get it from their parents. Besides, students spend much time reading, using computers or phones. Bad reading habits and little outdoor time also lead to poor eyesight.
To solve the problem, schools should improve classroom lights and let students take regular eye breaks. As students, we need to do more outdoor sports, follow correct reading rules and reduce screen time. If we protect our eyes well, we can keep clear eyesight.
Step 5. Peer review 参考表达
I think his/her writing is excellent. Because it covers all required points, uses clear linking words and has few grammar mistakes.
