Chinese people are eating too much salt. On average, people in China eat about 10.5grams of salt each day, much higher than the 5 grams recommended by Chinese Dietary Guidelines (2022).
China now has one of the highest salt intakes in the world. To fix this, China issued a salt reduction guide for its food industry.
If the guide is followed properly, the average salt intake for Chinese people will drop by 20 percent by 2030. The guide calls for food companies to lower the salt content in their products by improving their production techniques and adjusting (调整) flavors.
The salt we take in mainly comes from processed food. For example, a 104-gram can of Lay’s classic potato chips contains about 0.66 grams of salt, which accounts for over 10percent of the recommended daily salt intake. A100-gram bag of Kang Shi Fu instant noodles has nearly 2 grams of salt.
A small amount of salt makes food taste better and is important for good health, but eating too much increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes (中风), the Xinhua News Agency reported.
Less salt leads to better health. And there’s no need to worry that food will be less tasty in the future. A study by the Monell Chemical Senses Center in the United States found that it’s easy for people to reduce their salt intake. Although you may think your food is not salty enough at first, your taste buds (味蕾) will gradually get used to it and you will feel that your food tastes the same as it did before.

Our bodies are constantly under attack from external invaders (入侵者) such as bacteria and viruses. Fortunately, we have a powerful ally-the immune system. This remarkable system defends us against infections and diseases.
The immune system recognizes foreign invaders and labels them as “threats”. It then initiates (开始) a series of responses to eliminate (清除) these threats. White blood cells, also known as leukocytes, play a crucial role in this process. They travel throughout the body, searching for and destroying invaders.

请根据下面的短文内容判断下列句子,如果正确就选"T",如果错误就选"F",如果文中没有提到就选"N"。
In recent years, more schools are realizing the importance of mental health for teenagers. Many have set up counseling centers (咨询中心) where students can talk to professional counselors about their stress and anxiety (焦虑). For example, Sunshine Vocational School now offers free counseling services every Monday and Wednesday afternoon. “Students often come to discuss problems like academic pressure or conflicts with friends,” said counselor Li Hua.
Teachers also play an important role in supporting mental health. They are trained to notice signs of emotional distress, such as sudden changes in behavior or grades. If a student seems troubled, teachers will encourage them to seek help from the counseling center. “We want students to know they are not alone,” explained teacher Wang Lei.
Parents are another important part of the support system. Schools organize workshops to teach parents how to communicate effectively with their teenagers. “Many parents don’t know how to talk to their children about stress,” said principal Zhang Wei. “These workshops help them learn to listen and offer support.”
Students themselves can also take steps to improve their mental health. Experts recommend daily activities like exercise, reading, or spending time with friends. “I find that drawing helps me relax,” said student Liu Mei. “It’s a good way to express my feelings.”
The school’s efforts have made a difference. A recent survey showed that 80% of students feel more supported after the counseling center opened. “Mental health is just as important as physical health,” concluded principal Zhang. “We will continue to find ways to help our students thrive (茁壮成长).”

66.How much salt should a man take in according to Chinese Dietary Guidelines?
A.2 grams. B.5 grams. C.10.5 grams. D.0.66 grams.
67.What can we infer from the fact that China issued a salt reduction guide for food industry?

C.The government is taking active measures to solve the high-salt intake problem.
D.The food industry will be forced to close down if they don’t follow the guide.
68.Where does the salt we take in mainly come from?

D.They play no role in reducing salt intake.
(C)
Our bodies are constantly under attack from external invaders (入侵者) such as bacteria and viruses. Fortunately, we have a powerful ally-the immune system. This remarkable system defends us against infections and diseases.
The immune system recognizes foreign invaders and labels them as “threats”. It then initiates (开始) a series of responses to eliminate (清除) these threats. White blood cells, also known as leukocytes, play a crucial role in this process. They travel throughout the body, searching for and destroying invaders.
Moreover, the immune system has the ability to “remember” past invaders. This memory allows it to respond quickly and effectively to subsequent attacks by the same invaders. Vaccines work by stimulating this memory response, thus protecting us against future infections.
In conclusion, the immune system is a marvelous mechanism that protects us from external threats. Understanding its functions can help us appreciate our body’s natural defense mechanism and take better care of our health.
71.What does the immune system mainly defend us against?
A.External invaders. B.Internal organs.
C.Diseases and infections. D.Emotional stress.
72.Which cells play a crucial role in the immune system’s response to invaders?

76.Sunshine Vocational School provides counseling services twice a week.
