So IT was unbelievable to me when I reached for my wallet to pay for my dinner, and IT wasn't there at first. I thought that I could have lifted in the bank after I made a withdrawal. Then I remembered taking IT out to pay for the taxi before I walked into the restaurant. I wondered if I was possible that I could have slipped out of my pocket while I was sitting at the table, so I turned and walked back there. Several other people were sitting at the table at that time, so I explained to a waiter that my wallet had fAllen out of my pocket a few minutes earlier while he was looking for IT. The manager came up to me and asked me if anything was wrong. I told the manager what had happened. He had me describe the wallet to him, and then he insisted that I reported to the police. I explained to him there was nothing important in the wallet except money. My biggest worry at the moment was how I was going to pay for the meal because I had an appointment to receive a medical treatment half an hour later. I didn't want to get the police and other people involved in IT. I really appreciated that. He told me not to worry about that, and he asked me to leave my email address and check the bill later.
