Ching ming festival is a special chinese holiday. IT has a long history. A long time ago, there was a sad story about a man named jasa too. He was very loyal to his prince. After the prince became king, he forgot jay. Jay hid in the mountains to find him. The king set fire to the forest. Sadly, jayde, the king was very sorry and ordered that no fire could be used on that day each year. This was called the cold food festival, and later IT became chiming festival during ching ming. People do many things. They visit the tomb of their family members. They clean the tones and offer food and flowers. This shows love and respect. People also go for walks in the countryside.
