1. 描述步骤顺序的句型:

祈使句的用法
Add some water. 加些水。
Wash the greens. 洗青菜。

Turn off the stove. 关掉炉灶。
祈使句用来表达命令、请求、建议或指示,通常以动词原形开头,省略主语you。
结构: 动词原形 + 其他.
肯定形式: 动词原形开头。
例:Cut a tomato. 切一个番茄。
Put some water into the pot. 往锅里加些水。
否定形式: Don't + 动词原形 + 其他.
例:Don't touch the hot pot. 别碰热锅。
Don't forget to turn off the stove. 别忘了关炉灶。
注意: 祈使句的否定形式常在句首加 Don't,表示“不要……”。
在烹饪步骤中,我们常用祈使句来告诉别人每一步该做什么。为了让指令更清晰,可以在祈使句前加上表示顺序的词:First, Next, Then, Last。

表示顺序的连词 First, Next, Then, Last
First, wash the greens. 首先,将生菜洗净。

Last, add the greens and wait for a minute. 最后加入生菜,静置一分钟即可。
在描述一系列步骤或动作时,我们用 First, Next, Then, Last 来表示动作的先后顺序。

英语中的名词分为可数名词和不可数名词。

注意:

表示不可数名词的数量时,常用 some(一些)或 a piece of(一片/块)等量词短语。
some的用法:
some 既可以修饰可数名词复数,也可以修饰不可数名词。

注意: 在菜谱中,我们经常用 some 来表示“一些”,不需要精确的数量。
