Unit 3 语法精讲精练 宾语从句（that /if/whether 引导） 一、基础概念 宾语从句：用一个完整句子充当主句的宾语，放在动词 / 介词后面。 主句常见动词：think, believe, find, know, wonder, want to know, tell, understand, suggest 等。 宾语从句三要素：引导词、语序、时态。本单元重点掌握两类引导词：that、if / whether。 二、引导词 1：that 引导陈述句宾语从句 1. 用法 主句表达肯定、陈述类观点（认为、相信、发现、明白等），从句是完整陈述句，用 that 连接。 2. 特点 that 无实际汉语含义，只起连接作用； 口语 / 写作中经常可以省略； 从句语序永远是：陈述语序（主语在前，谓语在后，不倒装）。 3. 句式结构 主句 + (that) + 主语 + 谓语…… 例句： I believe (that) reading is important for learning.我相信阅读对学习很重要。 Peter finds (that) he can connect physics with real life. 彼得发现他能把物理和现实生活联系起来。 4. 可省略 that 的判断 主句动词：think, believe, find, know, understand, hope 后，that 均可省略； 若主句是复合长句、多个从句并列，that 最好保留，方便阅读。 三、引导词 2：if /whether 引导一般疑问类宾语从句 1. 用法 主句带有 “疑问、想知道、不确定” 含义（wonder, want to know, don’t know, could you tell me），原问句是一般疑问句，改用 if /whether 引导宾语从句，译为 “是否”。 2. 核心相同点 if 和 whether 绝大多数情况可以互换； 从句必须改成陈述语序； 引导词不能省略。 3. 只能用 whether，不能用 if 的特殊中考考点 后面紧跟 or not 时：whether … or not Jim doesn’t know whether he can join the project or not.（√） Jim doesn’t know if he can join the project or not.（×） 作介词后面的宾语从句时：It depends whether… 4. 句式结构 主句 + if /whether + 主语 + 谓语…… 例句： I wonder if/whether you could help me.我想知道你能不能帮帮我。 I want to know if/whether you read English after class.我想知道你课外是否读英语。 四、宾语从句统一两大规则 规则 1：语序一律用陈述语序 无论原句是陈述句、一般疑问句，变成宾语从句后，都用「主语 + 谓语」，不能疑问倒装。 错误：I wonder can he learn AI well. 正确：I wonder if he can learn AI well. 规则 2：时态呼应（主过从过，主现从任意） 主句为一般现在时（think /wonder/know…），从句根据实际语境自由选择时态： I know (that) he studies hard.（现在） I know (that) he will study hard.（将来） I know (that) he studied hard last year.（过去） 主句为一般过去时（thought /wondered/found），从句统一改用对应过去时态： I thought (that) reading was important. 从句是客观真理、自然常识，永远用一般现在时，不受主句过去时态影响： The teacher told us (that) the earth goes around the sun. 五、that VS if/whether 对比表格 引导词 从句原句式 中文含义 能否省略 特殊限制 that 陈述句 无含义，不翻译 可省略 无 if / whether 一般疑问句 是否 不可省略 or not 前只用 whether 六、基础句型转换方法 陈述句变 that 宾语从句 原句：Reading is important.
