When you have a bad day at school, you might know that sitting on the sofa and watching a movie or listening to music can make you feel better.   ▲   Ben-Shahar says you should keep it simple.3、4 If you’re doing many things at once, you won’t know which one makes you happy. “Too much of a good thing is not always good,” he says. “When it comes to happiness, less is often better.” Studies show that paying attention to good things in life can make your brain happy.
