The sun sank behind the trees as the wildlife photographer held his camera tight, hoping to capture an image of a relatively rare bird, a particular kind of heron. I used to work in a center for people with alcohol use disorder in Aberdeen. I took some of them hillwalking occasionally, and the sense of 41 in getting to a peak for them was really beneficial. 42 the scenery, birds and wildlife really helped to build up confidence.
