高频信号词:who what when where why how many how long because according to 【真题拆解】(2024 阅读) 题干:How far could Tom run without stopping at first? Tom could only run 400 meters without stopping. 拆解:题干信号词 how far + at first 回原文找“最初能跑多远” 定位到 400 meters 比对选项选 B。 ③ 防过度:含 may/probably/likely 的选项常对;含 must/definitely 的要警惕。 高频信号词:infer imply suggest learn from what can we know probably the writer thinks 【真题拆解】(2024 阅读) 题干:What kind of person is Mr. Wang? Mr. Wang encouraged him... "Don't give up." 高频信号词:main idea best title mainly about the writer wants to tell purpose 【真题拆解】(2024 阅读) 题干:What is the best title for this passage?(Tom跑步改变人生那篇) 尾段点题句:running has changed his life. ② 判逻辑:but/however 表反义,and/or/for example 表同义或举例。 高频信号词:means refers to the word...means the underlined word closest in meaning to 【真题拆解】(2024 阅读) 题干:The word "marathon" probably means _. Tom practiced running... took part in the city marathon and finished in the top 20. 拆解:marathon 前面是 practiced running,后面是 finished in the top 20,语境是跑步比赛,推出长跑比赛,选 B。 转折信号词(答案常在转折后):but however while although though instead on the other hand in fact actually 因果信号词(细节题高频):because since as so therefore as a result thanks to due to because of 举例信号词(词义题找线索):for example for instance such as like namely that is in other words 顺序信号词(细节定位):first second then next finally at last before after later 强调信号词(主旨/细节常考):the most important above all especially in fact actually indeed no doubt 态度信号词(推理题判断态度):think believe agree disagree like hate wonder hope worry afraid 口诀:转折后是重点,因果处出细节,举例旁猜词义,顺序词帮定位,强调词指主旨,态度词判推理。 Tom is a 14-year-old boy. In France, it's impolite to put your hands on your lap (大腿) during the meal; you should keep your hands on the table. The more you speak, the fewer mistakes you will make. Second, read as much as possible. Reading helps you learn new words and understand how sentences are built.
