六、阅读理解
Teenagers meet all kinds of troubles during their growth. Most worries fall into two kinds: body changes and friendship problems.
First, body changes bring much stress. Some teens put on weight and become overweight. They think they look ugly and feel uncomfortable in public. Others have bad moods easily because of fast physical growth. They don’t know how to go through these changes smoothly. The doctor’s advice is simple: eat healthy food and exercise more every day. It also helps not to care too much about your looks.
Second, friendship troubles are everywhere. Sometimes your friends ask you to do bad things you hate. You fear losing the friendship, so you dare not say no. Besides, school bullying is another big problem. Some mean students bully weak classmates and make them feel painful. If you have such trouble, remember to stand up for yourself. Talk to your parents or teachers for help instead of hiding the shame alone.
What about exam stress? Midterm exams often make teens nervous. Breathing exercises and daily small study plans can make you relaxed. Never keep your worries in your heart. Sharing your feelings with trusted people is always a good way out.

3. Why do some teens dare not refuse their friends’ bad requests?
A. They are afraid of losing the friendship. B. They want to become popular at school.
C. They have no other friends to play with. D. They think those bad things are fun.
4. What should you do if you meet school bullying?
A. Hide the shame and keep silent. B. Stand up for yourself and ask adults for help.
C. Bully others to get back your pride. D. Stay away from school all the time.
5. What can we learn from the whole passage?
A. Teenagers must solve all problems by themselves.
