三、单元语法重难点
1. 可数名词与不可数名词(单元核心语法)
(1)分类规则
可数名词:有单复数变化,可直接加数词修饰,如vegetable-vegetables, apple-apples, habit-habits
不可数名词:无复数形式,不能直接加数词修饰,表数量需搭配量词短语;本单元核心不可数名词:sugar, water, milk, bread, juice, energy, health, exercise(泛指“锻炼”时为不可数)
(2)量化表达规则(高频考点)
结构为“数词+量词(单/复数)+of+不可数名词”,如a glass of water(一杯水)、two spoons of sugar(两勺糖)、three pieces of bread(三片面包)
易错点:数词大于1时仅量词变复数,后面的不可数名词保持原形,不可说two sugars

2. how many/how much辨析
how many后接可数名词复数,提问可数事物的数量,如How many apples do you eat every day?

提建议使用情态动词should/shouldn't+动词原形,语气客观贴合科学常识,符合2026学生健康指南要求:日常应保证1小时户外活动、控制屏幕时长在1小时内、少喝高糖饮料
