Step 2: Decide what image you want to create with your seashells and select seashells of different shapes and sizes. Step 3: Arrange your seashells on the cardboard to create your image. Step 4: Stick each seashell to the cardboard using glue. Display your seashell picture for your family and friends to see! You can use a heading like "What you need", "Things you need" or "Materials and tools". ☞Give well-organized directions under the heading of "What to do", "Procedures" or "Directions". You can use numbers when listing the steps in order. Making a seashell sunset painting When you take a walk along the seaside, you can pick up all kinds of seashells washed up on the beach. These natural little treasures can be turned into amazing artwork. Today we will make a warm sunset seaside painting with colourful seashells of different shapes and sizes. Materials and tools •Seashells in red, orange, blue and white •A thick piece of cardboard •Strong glue •A pair of small scissors Directions Step 1: Collect various seashells from the beach and sort them by colour and shape. Separate curved orange and red shells, flat light blue shells and small white spiral shells. Example Step 2: Use orange and red curved shells to create the glowing sunset in the top part of the cardboard. Flat blue shells are prepared to stand for the quiet sea surface. Step 3: Cut a few thin paper seaweeds with scissors. Small white spiral shells will act as little seagulls flying above the water. Step 4: Arrange all the shells and paper seaweeds on the cardboard to form a complete sunset seaside scene. Step 5: Stick every seashell and paper decoration firmly onto the cardboard with glue. Leave the work to dry fully. After that, you can show your creative seashell masterpiece to your friends and classmates!
