Language points
1
可数名词(单数) 单个物品,有单数形态 a / an / one a tomato、a box、an egg、one baby
可数名词(复数) 两个及以上,单词变复数 数词 two/three…、some tomatoes、boxes、babies、some apples
不可数名词 无单复数,永远原形,不能加 a/an some、much 基础:water、bread
延伸:rice、meat、milk、beef、juice、tea、porridge、tofu
以辅音字母 + y 结尾:变 y 为 i,再加 - es 例:family → families,city → cities
特殊变形:man → men,woman → women,child → children
例:a piece of meat, two bowls of rice
可用 some、much、a lot of 等词修饰
2
Would like 表示“想要;希望”
(1)would like sth.=want sth.想要某物;
(2)would like to do sth.=want to do sth.想要做某事;
(3)would like sb. to do sth.= want sb. to do sth.
I would like some vegetables and meat.
Yes, please.② Yes/Sure, I'd like/love to.
③ That's a good/great idea.
Would you like.?
No, thanks.② I'd love to, but..
③ Sorry, I can't./ I'm afraid I can't.
3
I would like some vegetables and meat.
辨析:some与any
I don’t think we need eggplants
I think chickens can swim.
- I don't think chickens can swim.
