二、人称与时态
1. 人称区分
推荐别人:第一人称 I(推荐人视角),第三人称 he/she 介绍被推荐人
自我推荐(自荐):全程第一人称 I 介绍自身优势
推荐书籍 / 景点 / 影片等事物:I 发表看法,you 贴合对方需求
2. 时态规则
人 / 事物本身特质、固有优点:一般现在时
过往经历、过往表现、个人亲身体验:一般过去时
被录取 / 选用之后的表态、未来收获预判:一般将来时 禁止时态随意混用。
三、内容得分核心要点
1. 开篇必须贴合背景
不能突兀直接推荐,要衔接题干信息:对方招募人员、对方寻求建议、对方有某种需求,顺势引出推荐。
2. 推荐理由切忌空洞(重中之重)
❌ 低分空话:He is very good. / The book is interesting.
✅ 高分写法:给出具体事例、具体特点支撑 例:He has taken charge of many class activities, so he is skilled in organization.
3. 理由分层清晰
用过渡词分层:For one thing / For another / More importantly / Besides,至少两条理由。
4. 结尾逻辑匹配题型
推荐人选 / 自荐:表达信心,恳请对方予以审核考虑
推荐书籍、景点、影片:表达相信对方会喜欢,可主动提出答疑
四、语气与语言要求
正式得体:给机构、老师措辞严谨礼貌;给朋友自然真诚,不要过于生硬
不能过分夸大吹捧,客观中肯评价;不贬低其他人或其他事物
杜绝口语缩写(wanna/gonna)、网络用语
多用定语从句、非谓语、倒装结构提升档次,避免通篇简单句
五、高频扣分雷区
❌ 理由笼统,没有细节实例支撑,全篇空话
❌ 开篇突兀,不交代背景,直接抛出推荐内容
❌ 人称混乱(推荐别人乱用 I,自荐乱用 he/she)
