Nick was not the kind of boy I had expected to spend my summer with. I was hoping to have some 1 the summer before my busy senior year, but my mother asked me to do her a 2 . At 23, I applied for my first job and it was not successful. When I received the 1 email, I felt disappointed and angry. I had spent days 2 the interview and in the end, I didn’t even know what went wrong.
Months later, after a job interview at another company, I got a call from the manager. “ 3 , we decided to offer the job to someone else,” he said. “Would you like to hear the feedback (反馈)?”

Do you wait for people to inspire you or do you take action to inspire yourself?
