一、基础文体核心
体裁定位:新闻通讯体裁为应用文,时态一般要用一般过去时,以第三人称(it, he, she, they, people, the students 等)为主,少用 / 不用第一人称 I/we,保持客观中立。
新闻通讯的第一句往往为全文的中心句 (topic sentence),因此这个句子中主要讲清事件核心内容(时间、地点、人物、事件梗概),而在下文则要补充事件的过程和细节,往往包括事件起因和事件结果 / 影响等。
主体事件(已发生):一般过去时(核心时态)
客观评价、活动意义、现状影响:可用一般现在时
预告后续安排:可用一般将来时
语言风格:用词准确、简洁、朴实,拒绝生僻词、华丽修辞、冗长复杂句;句式以简单句、并列句为主,从句适度使用即可。
二、结构写法(高考必考:导语 + 主体 + 结尾)
1. 首段(导语,新闻核心,得分关键)
作用:全文中心句,浓缩5W(Who 人物、What 事件、When 时间、Where 地点),一句话概括整件事。
要求:开门见山,不铺垫、不抒情,读者看首句就能了解事件全貌。
避坑:不要把细节、花絮放在导语里。
2. 主体段落(细节展开)
补充内容:事件起因、经过、具体活动、现场情况,按时间 / 逻辑顺序叙述。
分层:用简单过渡词衔接(Then, Later, Besides, What’s more 等),段落清晰,不整段堆砌。
3. 结尾段
常见两种收尾(二选一):
总结活动意义、影响、大家的感受;
介绍后续安排、未来展望。
三、格式规范(考场扣分点)
标题(绝大多数考题要求必写)
位置:正文上方居中;
写法:简洁醒目,实词首字母大写,不用完整长句、不用感叹号。例:A Voluntary Activity / A School Sports Meeting
无需格式:不用书信式称呼、问候、落款、日期、结束语,写完正文直接收尾。
分段:标准三段式(导语一段 + 细节一段 + 结尾一段),条理清晰。
四、句式与用词要求
句式
以短句为主,长短结合,忌堆砌多重复杂从句;
可适当使用被动语态(新闻文体常用,凸显客观性)。
词汇
选用校园 / 生活类常规词汇,不刻意追求高级难词;
同一含义词汇避免重复,用词统一、表意明确。
语气:客观陈述事实,不加入个人主观情绪、评价、感想(区别于演讲稿、征文)。
五、高频易错点 & 扣分提醒
时态混乱:描述已发生活动全程用一般过去时,不要随意切换现在时、将来时。
人称错误:严禁大量使用 I / I think / In my opinion,破坏新闻客观性。
内容失真:严格按照题干提示要点写作,不凭空编造情节。
要点遗漏:题干给出的时间、地点、人物、活动内容必须全部覆盖,漏要点直接扣分。
画蛇添足:不抒情、不发表个人看法、不使用口语化表达(俚语、缩写)。
六、简易写作步骤(考场实操)
审题:圈出时间、地点、人物、事件、写作要点;
拟标题,写导语(概括 5W);
主体部分按顺序补充事件经过、细节;
结尾写活动意义 / 后续安排;
自查:时态、人称、单词拼写、要点是否齐全。
