Tai Chi is an ancient martial art with a history of more than 400 years. It is a common kind of exercise in China. More than 100 million people in over 150 countries practise Tai Chi at present.UNESCO added Tai Chi to its Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2020. Many Tai Chi fans are happy to hear of it. “This will make Tai Chi more popular around the world. Hopefully, more people will become healthier by practising it,” said Chen Bin. He is a Tai Chi master from Chenjiangou, Henan Province.This village is the birthplace of Chen-style Tai Chi.
