The Benefits of Getting Close to Nature
Getting close to nature brings many benefits to our body and mind.
Firstly, it helps us relax. Last summer, I went hiking with my family in the mountains. Breathing fresh air and enjoying the green trees made me forget all my study stress. Secondly, it improves our health. Outdoor activities like walking in the park or camping make us more active and stronger. I used to get sick easily, but now I exercise outdoors every weekend and feel much healthier.
Nature is our best friend, so try to spend more time in nature.
