However, an American writer once said, “What we learn with pleasure (快乐), we never forget.” So, why not make learning a happier journey? What could be more fun than watching sitcoms ②Watching sitcoms is a great way to learn practical English. You hear how people really speak, not boring schoolbook sentences. Characters talk using daily words. That makes English come alive. ③Another advantage is that you can learn beyond schoolbooks. For example, Joey from the sitcom Friends often says, “How you doin’?” This is short, easy to remember, and can be fun to use when you talk with others. ④Of course, this doesn’t mean it’s an easy method. For new learners, it can feel difficult.  The characters might speak too fast for the learners to understand.  But as a language expert says, the secret is to watch actively. ⑤First, watch a scene (片段) with subtitles (字幕)  in your language.  Then, watch it again with English subtitles.  Next, try without subtitles to see how much you understand. What's more, start with just short scenes of five to ten minutes and then watch them again and keep a list of useful sentences you can use in real life.  So next time you watch your favorite English-language show, you might be surprised by how much you can learn! ⑥Watching sitcoms is a happy and useful way to learn English. As long as you follow the right steps, you can make progress while having fun. 1.What is one of the advantages of learning English from sitcoms? A.It offers you an easy method. B.It is the fastest way to learn English. C.It teaches you how people really speak. D.It helps you learn English in schoolbooks. 2.What does the underlined word “practical” mean? A.Simple. B.Strange. C.Unusual. D.Real-life. 3.How does the text explain the second advantage in Paragraph (段落) 3? A.By giving an example. B.By asking some questions. C.By comparing some sitcoms. D.By showing a fact. 4.What is the structure of the text? A.①/②③/④⑤/⑥ B.①/②③④/⑤⑥ C.①/②③/④/⑤⑥ D.①②③/④⑤/⑥ 5.What is the writer’s main purpose in writing this text? A.To tell the story of a famous sitcom. B.To share a happier way to learn English. C.To introduce the best English sitcom. D.To explain why learning English takes time. 1.第②段第2句给出答案:“You hear how people really speak, not boring schoolbook sentences.”,直接说明情景喜剧能让学习者听到真实的口语表达。 2. 3.第③段第2句提到:“ For example, Joey from the sitcom Friends often says, “How you do in’?” ”,段落通过举例《老友记》台词说明优势。 4.通读全文可知,第①段引出话题,第②③段讲优势,第④⑤两段共同阐述困难及应对方法,第⑥段总结,所以全文结构为①/②③/④⑤/⑥。 5.全文围绕“通过情景喜剧快乐学英语”展开,目的是分享这种更愉快的学习方式。 English is a global language, but it is not exactly the same everywhere. Two of the most common types are British English and American English. While people from the UK and the USA can understand each other, there are some interesting differences in words, spelling, and even pronunciation. Vocabulary Sometimes, British and American people use different words for the same thing. For example, in British English, they go on “holiday”, but in American English, they go on “vacation”. In Britain, you watch a “film”, but in America, you watch a “movie”. If you are in London and want to buy some “biscuits”, you would ask for “cookies” in New York. A British child might play “football”, while an American child plays “soccer”. Spelling There are also some small differences in spelling. British English often keeps the older French-style spellings. For instance, British people write “colour”, “favourite”, and “centre”. Americans usually write “color”, “favorite”, and “center”. Another common one: the British spell it “travelling”, while the Americans spell it “traveling”. Pronunciation The pronunciation can sound a little different, too. The most famous example is the word “tomato”. A British person might say “/tə’mɑːtəʊ/”, with a long “ah” sound, while an American might say “/təˈmeɪtoʊ/”, with an “ay” sound. The “r” sound at the end of words is also stronger in American English. For example, in the word “car”, an American will pronounce the “r” sound more clearly. These differences are mostly small. The grammar is almost the same, and the basic rules of the language are unchanged. The differences are like different accents or favorite foods in two parts of the same big family. Knowing about them can make learning English more fun and help you understand people from different places better. 1.What is the main topic of this passage? A.The history of the English language. B.The differences between British and American English. C.How to learn both British English and American English well. D.Popular English movies and music. 2.According to the passage, if you are in London, what do you call the sweet, crisp (脆的) food you eat for dessert? A.Biscuit. B.Cookie C.Cake. D.Candy. 3.Which of the following is the American English spelling? A.Colour. B.Centre. C.Favourite. D.Color. 4.What’s the structure of the text? A. B. C. D. 5.Why does the author mention the word “tomato” ? A.To show that British and American food is different. B.To give an example of a spelling difference. C.To give an example of a pronunciation difference. D.To tell a story about buying vegetables. 2.第二段“If you are in London and want to buy some ‘biscuits’, you would ask for ‘cookies’ in New York.” 3.第三段“the British spell it ‘colour’, ‘favourite’, and ‘center’; another common one: the British spell it ‘travelling’, while the Americans spell it ‘traveling’.” 5.第四段“The pronunciation can sound a little different, too. The most famous example is the word ‘tomato’.” Money isn’t easy to get, but many students don’t think much about it. When they go shopping, they might ask parents for new toys, nice clothes or expensive snacks without hesitation. They only care about what they want, but seldom think about whether these things are really necessary. What they may forget is: Where does the money come from? It doesn’t grow on trees. Most parents work hard for their money. Some get up early and come back late after a long tiring day. Others do heavy or boring jobs just to make money to support the family. They try their best to provide a better life for their children. Every penny they make comes from their hard work and tiredness. If you waste money, you are not just throwing away paper but ignoring (忽视) your parents’ efforts. For example, buying an expensive pen but losing it soon, or ordering too much food and leaving a lot on the plate. These small acts of waste add up quickly. When we waste, we are wasting our parents’ time and energy. Being thrifty (节约的) doesn’t mean being stingy (吝啬的). It means using money wisely. Think carefully before buying something, save for what you really need and cherish (珍爱) what you have. Let’s remember: every coin counts, and hard work should never be wasted. 1.What do the underlined words “without hesitation” mean? A.Without thinking carefully. B.Without feeling happy. C.Without asking parents. D.Without having money. 2.Where does the students’ money come from? A.It grows on trees. B.It’s from their parents’ hard work. C.It comes from their part-time jobs. D.It’s from their parents’ pocket money. 3.Which of the following is an example of wasting money according to the passage? A.Ordering some food and eating half of it. B.Buying a cheap notebook and making full use of it. C.Saving money to buy a needed grammar book. D.Thinking twice before buying a pair of new shoes. 4.Why do most parents work hard? A.To buy expensive toys for themselves. B.To stay away from heavy housework. C.To ask children to save money. D.To make money to support the family. 5.What is the writer’s main advice? A.We should never spend any money. B.We should be smart and positive about using money. C.We should always ask for expensive things. D.We should only save money and never use it. 1.第一段指出:“When they go shopping, they might ask parents for new toys, nice clothes or expensive snacks without hesitation. They only care about what they want, but seldom think about whether these things are really necessary.”,说明学生只在乎自己想要什么,很少考虑东西是否必要,由此可推断“without hesitation”意为“毫不犹豫地”,即“没有仔细思考”。 2.第二段指出:“Most parents work hard for their money... Every penny they make comes from their hard work and tiredness.”,说明学生的钱来自父母的辛勤工作。 3.第三段指出:“For example, buying an expensive pen but losing it soon, or ordering too much food and leaving a lot on the plate.”,说明点太多食物剩下很多是浪费金钱的例子,A选项“点一些食物,吃了一半”属于此类情况,符合题意。 4.第二段指出:“Others do heavy or boring jobs just to make money to support the family.”,说明大多数父母努力工作是为了赚钱养家。 5.最后一段指出:“Being thrifty (节约的) doesn’t mean being stingy (吝啬的). It means using money wisely.”,说明作者的主要建议是要明智、合理地使用金钱。 Tom asked his mom for 800 yuan. “All my classmates have those cool shoes, and I can’t let myself fall behind,” he said, his eyes fixed on the ad on his phone. His mom smiled and said, “This month, we have 3,000 yuan for living expenses (费用). You can manage it. Whatever is left will be yours.” Excited but nervous, Tom made a budget with his mom’s help. To save money, he checked the prices of food at different markets. Then he bought what they needed from the cheapest one every Wednesday and Sunday. He also planned weekly menus, including dishes with cheap but healthy ingredients like tofu and eggs. When his dad suggested eating out, Tom shook his head. “I can cook at home,” he said, and he did quite well. He even learned to make his own snacks instead of buying them. At the end of the month, he counted the cash again and again—812 yuan. He looked at the shoe ad on his phone, but suddenly the shoes didn’t look so shiny (闪亮) anymore. He paused (停顿) for a moment, and then walked over to his blue piggy bank. 1.What did Tom plan to spend the 800 yuan on at the beginning? A.A new phone. B.A pair of shoes. C.Some snacks. C.Tom didn’t like eating at home. D.Tom asked his mom for more money. 1.第一段“All my classmates have those cool shoes, and I can’t let myself fall behind”表明他一开始要800元是想买一双鞋。 2.第三段“Excited but nervous, Tom made a budget with his mom’s help.” 4.第二段“This month, we have 3,000 yuan for living expenses (费用).”及最后一段“At the end of the month, he counted the cash again and again—812 yuan.” 5.最后一段“…but suddenly the shoes didn’t look so shiny (闪亮) anymore. He paused (停顿) for a moment, and then walked over to his blue piggy bank.” In 1929, Sanxingdui was first found in Southwest China’s Sichuan province, but its importance was not recognized until the year 1986 when ancient city walls, palaces and many gold ivory and bronze artifacts (青铜器) have been unearthed here. In 2001, archaeologists (考古学家), found the remains of another ancient city called Jinsha near Chengdu. They found a gold crown with similar engraved pattern (纹饰) of fish, arrows and birds to other golden objects found at Sanxingdui. For this reason, some scholars believe that the people from Sanxingdui may have moved their homes to Jinsha. But it remains a mystery. Here are some clues that might help find the facts. In 1099 BC, ancient writers recorded an earthquake in the capital of the Zhou Dynasty (朝代), in present-day Shaanxi Province. Though that area is about 400 kilometres from the historic site of Sanxingdui, it is possible that the centre of the earthquake was actually close to Sanxingdui. Around the same time, the layers of dirt show that there was possibly a great flood (洪水). In the Han Dynasty book The Chronicles of the Kings of Shu (《蜀王本纪》), it is written that ancient floods poured from a mountain in a spot, which suggests the river flowing in a new direction. Together, the ideas lead people to believe that possibly a large earthquake caused a landslide that dammed (拦住) the river. This changed its path and stopped the water from flowing to Sanxingdui. That may have forced the ancient Chinese people to leave their homes to move closer to the river’s new path. Living near water was very important at that time. The people had to get water from the river and carry it to their homes to drink, cook and wash. Although these clues help explain why the ancient Shu people moved from Sanxingdui to Jinsha, the real truth is still unclear. We need more research to find solid evidence. Sanxingdui and Jinsha are treasures of ancient Shu civilization, showing the great wisdom of ancient Chinese people. With further study, more secrets of this wonderful civilization will be uncovered step by step. 1.When was Sanxingdui first found? A.In 1929. B.In 1986. C.In 2001. D.In 1099. 2.The underlined word “it” in the third paragraph refers to ________. A.how Jinsha remains were found B.why Sanxingdui’s discovery matters C.how the ancients made beautiful objects D.why people in Sanxingdui moved to Jinsha 3.What record in the Han Dynasty book has helped to solve this mystery? A.Floods poured from a mountain. B.The ancients moved to the river. C.There were similar golden objects. D.An earthquake hit near Sanxingdui. 4.What can we infer (推断) from the passage? A.Jinsha was built before Sanxingdui. B.Earthquakes hit Sanxingdui many times. C.Water was not important for the ancients. D.Sanxingdui and Jinsha shared the same culture. 5.In which book can we read this passage? A.Famous Rivers in History. B.Unsolved Mysteries of the World. C.History of Ancient Chinese Art. D.A Guide to Sichuan’s Natural Wonders. 1.第一段提到:“In 1929, Sanxingdui was first found in Southwest China’s Sichuan province”,说明三星堆首次被发现是在1929年。 2.第二段提到:“For this reason, some scholars believe that the people from Sanxingdui may have moved their homes to Jinsha. The sound of thunder (雷) was so loud that it felt like the gods were fighting in the sky. This scared him a little, so he took his favorite novel, Harry Potter, from the bookshelf. Again, there was a terrible sound of thunder. He tried to focus on the novel, but the sudden sound of the doorbell interrupted him. It couldn’t be his parents. He looked at the wall clock—it was only ten minutes past three. Usually, they got home after six in the afternoon. The doorbell sounded again. “Who’s there?” He shouted. There was no reply. The doorbell sounded again. He remembered his parents telling him not to open the door without checking who it is. “Should I answer the bell or not?” thought Karthik. But still, he needed to make sure who was at the door before he opened it. He shouted once again. “Who’s at the door?” There was still no reply. No sound of footsteps, either. He held the baseball bat in one hand and was ready to open the door with the other. Suddenly, there was a loud cry. “Karthik! Karthik! Some are learning about vitamins, while others are studying pictures of the human body. Each student is on an iPad, following lessons created by AI. The English school was one of the first to bring AI into the classroom. The system analyzes (分析) students’ work and points out how they can improve. Students, as well as their teachers and parents, can easily know their progress in every subject. They can also express how they feel about the lessons through emojis (表情符号). One boy who was working on math posted an upset face. The AI changed the teaching plans at once to make sure that the boy could understand the lesson before moving on. While you might think the children are looking at screens all day, Laura James, the principal (校长), explained that this is not true. The children still write in workbooks, and the school library is full of books. “It might sound futuristic,” she said. “But for us teachers, AI simply means less preparation time and more time helping the children.” For the children, the new system has made a big difference. There is no wasted time since they can learn anytime, anywhere. Holly Graham, 11, sometimes spends three hours after school doing math questions. “It has really helped me learn,” she said. Her classmate, Max Ode, added, “The best thing about it is that it pushes you to go further and faster. Learning has become more fun!” 1.How do the students learn science in the English primary school? A.By taking pictures of the human body. B.By playing science games. Staying safe online, or cybersafe, is a skill everyone needs to learn. Protect Your Personal Data: You might share photos or your school name on social apps. But if you don’t set strong privacy settings, strangers can see this information. Every picture or message you post online can be saved and shared without your permission, and it’s almost impossible to remove it forever. Also, never click links or open files from people you don’t know—they could carry a virus that breaks your phone or computer. Spot False Information: The internet makes it easy to find news, but not everything you read is true. Before you believe a story, ask: Who wrote it? Is the writer an expert or just a random user? Is the website a trusted one, like a school or news site, or a personal blog? Some posts are only made to get attention, not to tell the truth. Stop Online Bullying: Online bullying, or cyberbullying, happens when people send mean messages, spread lies, or share others’ private photos online. These actions hurt the victim deeply. If this happens to you, the first steps are to ignore the messages, block the person, and delete the posts. You should also talk to a parent or teacher you trust, especially if you feel scared or threatened (受到威胁的). To stay cybersafe, always think before you share, check if information is true, and be kind to others online. 1.What may happen if you click a link from a stranger? A.You get a free gift. B.Your device may get a virus. C.You make a new friend. D.Your privacy settings improve. 2.What is the main idea of the paragraph 3? A.The internet is full of lies. B.How to find free information online. C.How to check if online information is true. D.Why people write false stories. 3.What does the underlined word “victim” mean in the text? A.Target. B.Bully. C.Helper. D.User. 4.What should you do if you feel threatened? A.Fight back online. B.Talk to a parent. C.Share the problem online. D.Keep it a secret. 5.What is the best title for this text? A.How to Use Social Media B.The History of the Internet C.Learn Cyberskills to Stay Safe D.How to Make Friends Online 【答案】1.B 2.C 3.A 4.B 5.C 【导语】本文围绕网络安全展开,针对数字时代互联网的潜在风险,为读者讲解了三大核心网络安全技能。 1.第2段最后一句“Also, never click links or open files from people you don’t know—they could carry a virus that breaks your phone or computer.”明确说明这类链接可能携带病毒,损坏手机/电脑。 2.第3段“Spot False Information…Some posts are only made to get attention, not to tell the truth.”本段核心是“辨别虚假信息”,通过提出三个具体问题,教读者如何验证网络信息的真实性。 3.第4段“Online bullying, or cyberbullying, happens when people send mean messages, spread lies, or share others’ private photos online. These actions hurt the victim deeply.”根据上下文,“victim”指遭受网络欺凌的人,即网络欺凌的目标/受害者;target作名词时意为“目标;受害者”,是最贴合的同义替换。 4.第4段最后一句“You should also talk to a parent or teacher you trust, especially if you feel scared or threatened.”明确给出建议:和信任的父母或老师交谈。 5.本文围绕“网络安全”展开,核心是教读者掌握网络技能以实现网络安全,C项为最佳标题。 Horses are special in Chinese culture. For example, “An old horse knows the way” tells us experienced people can guide us well. “A thousand-mile horse” means a very talented person. Another famous saying is “A long road tests a horse’s strength, and time shows a person’s heart.” This teaches us that true character needs time to be seen. In races or games, a “dark horse” is someone who wins surprisingly. Horses also star in art and festivals. On November 25, 2025, “Lucky Horse”, the mascot (吉祥物) for the 2026 “Happy Chinese New Year” global celebrations, was introduced. The idea comes from two famous horses in old China. The first is a bronze statue called “Horse Stepping on a Flying Swallow (燕)”. It shows a horse running very fast. The second is the “Five-Flower Horse” from the Tang Dynasty. It is famous for its long, flowing mane (鬃毛). This design mixes these two ideas. It has the running speed of the first horse and the beautiful long hair of the second horse. In the Chinese zodiac (生肖), people born in the Year of the Horse are said to be energetic and kind. During this year, families stick red horse paper cuttings on doors and say blessings like “Ride a fast horse to chase your dreams!” In a word, from ancient stories to modern life, the horse encourages us to work hard, stay true, and move forward bravely. It’s the sugar for us to taste, and the painting for us to enjoy. Since the Warring States Period (战国时代), people loved sweets and had different ways of making sugar. In the Tang Dynasty, people greatly improved skills of sugar making. So sugar, the precious thing that once could only enter homes of the kings, also went into common people’s homes. During the Song and Yuan Dynasties, people became less interested in only tasting sweetness. In the Ming Dynasty, some people added pictures with good luck to the bowl of sugar, and sugar painting came out. Sugar painting is different from other paintings. Sugar painters use syrup (糖浆) as the material (材料), a spoon as the “paintbrush”, and a smooth table as the “paper”. To make syrup, they have to make sugar hot before painting. Since syrup may become hard if it cools, the painters have to finish the work in a short time. They move the spoon full of syrup up and down, left and right. Soon a sugar painting is finished. ▲ The sugar painting that used to be rich in shapes has become poorer because of fewer needs. What’s worse, only a few old sugar painters are willing to pass on this kind of art. For most people, painting is a kind of art and difficult to understand. However, sugar painting has entered people’s daily lives. Through it, we may see the spiritual support of people across centuries. Now, sugar painting has been an intangible cultural heritage (非物质文化遗产) in China. 1.When did sugar painting come out? A.In the Warring States Period. B.In the Tang Dynasty. C.In the Yuan Dynasty. D.In the Ming Dynasty. 2.Why should sugar painters make the work very quickly? A.To show their good skills. B.To stop syrup becoming hard. C.To protect the spoon and the table. D.To save people’s waiting time. 3.Which sentences can be put in the ▲ ? A.Luckily, more and more young people like it B.It’s strange that fewer people enjoy eating it. C.However, it’s a pity that this folk art is dying recently. D.As time goes on, people create different forms of sugar painting. 4.How might the writer feel about today’s sugar painting according to Paragraph 5? A.Hopeful. B.Angry. C.Unclear. D.Worried. 5.What’s the purpose of the article? A.To introduce the history of sugar painting. B.To show different ways of making sugar. C.To explain why sugar painting is popular. D.To tell the difference between sugar painting and other paintings. 【答案】1.D 2.B 3.C 4.A 5.A 【导语】本文介绍了糖画的历史发展、制作工艺以及当前面临的传承困境,并指出糖画已成为中国非物质文化遗产。 1.第二段提到“In the Ming Dynasty, some people added pictures...and sugar painting came out.”,因此糖画出现在明朝。 2.第三段提到“Since syrup may become hard if it cools, the painters have to finish the work in a short time.”,因此糖画艺人需要快速完成作品是为了防止糖浆变硬。 3. Life was very different at Scott’s home. Scott lived with his father, a judge (法官), his mother, and his sister. There were other animals as well, such as cats and chickens. White Fang had to learn that the other people in the house were friends and that he must not attack the chickens or cats. One day, he killed fifty of the birds. Scott was angry with White Fang. He did not beat him badly, but he pushed his head at the dead birds and hit White Fang at the same time. In the morning, not one chicken will be dead”. And this was what happened. White Fang behaved as if there were no chickens in the chicken house. He had learned his lesson. By this time, everyone in Scott’s family liked White Fang. They felt safe with him because he knew them, even though he was not a “house dog”. After Scott came back home from the Yukon, a dangerous man appeared. His name was Jim Hall, and he had killed many men. He wanted to kill the judge who had sent him to prison (监狱). This was Scott’s father. One night, Jim Hall got into the house and planned to shoot (射击) the judge while he slept. However, White Fang saw the strange man. The police came and took Jim Hall back to prison. White Fang’s wounds were very bad, and he was dying. Scott sent for a doctor who looked at White Fang and said, “He has only one chance in a thousand of living.” The doctor did everything he could for White Fang, but he lost a lot of blood and was badly hurt. His name was Jim Hall, and he had killed many men. He wanted to kill the judge who had sent him to prison. This was Scott's father.” 4.根据最后一段“He lived, but he could not fight again. He lived the rest of his life quietly with Scott and his family, a much gentler and much loved wolf-dog.” One day in class, the teacher on the platform (讲台) raised an apple and said, “Please smell the smell in the air!” One student raised his hand and answered, “I have smelt it. It is the smell of an apple.” The teacher stepped off the platform, passed by each of the students and said, “Please smell again to see if the smell of the apple is still in the air.” Half of the students raised their hands to show that they could smell it. The teacher returned to the front of the classroom and asked again if the students could smell the apple. Everyone raised their hands except one student, an active boy. The teacher came to the student and asked, “You really can’t smell the apple?” The boy surely answered, “No, I can’t smell it. I don’t think it’s a real apple.” The teacher smiled at the boy and said to the other students, “He is right! This is not a real apple.” All of the other students were tricked. Perhaps they have thought that the apple was not real, but they didn’t have the confidence to speak up. They just “followed the leader” and went along with the first student. Please remember: Believe in yourself first, and then others will believe in you! 1.Why did the teacher hold up the apple on the platform? A.To talk about smells of apples. B.To share it with his students. C.To teach his students a lesson. D.To play a game with his students. 2.Why could not the boy smell the apple? A.Because this apple was not real. I don’t think it’s a real apple.’”以及“The teacher smiled at the boy and said to the other students, ‘He is right! This is not a real apple.’” 3.根据前文老师拿出假苹果让学生闻,多数学生跟着说能闻到,以及后文“Perhaps they have thought that the apple was not real, but they didn’t have the confidence to speak up.” 4.根据文章内容,先是“One day in class, the teacher on the platform (讲台) raised an apple”(老师举起一个苹果),即③;接着“Please smell the smell in the air!”(老师让学生闻空气中的气味),即②;然后“Half of the students raised their hands to show that they could smell it.”(一半学生说能闻到苹果味),即④;最后“Everyone raised their hands except one student, an active boy. The boy surely answered, ‘No, I can’t smell it.’”(一个男孩说他什么也没闻到),即①。 5.文章通过老师用假苹果考验学生的故事,最后老师教育学生“Believe in yourself first, and then others will believe in you!”,强调要说出自己的想法,不要盲目跟从。 Unit 7 Be a Better Learner! Unit 10 World in the Cloud Unit 12 The Wonderland of Literature 书籍与文学阅读 本资料共12篇专题训练,从上到下每单元依次对应2篇单元话题专题训练 ①Learning a new language can sometimes seem boring.  There always seems to be so much to remember. English is a global language, but it is not exactly the same everywhere. Money isn’t easy to get, but many students don’t think much about it. Tom asked his mom for 800 yuan. D.A gift for his mom. 2.How did Tom feel when he knew he would manage the living expenses? A.Worried but excited. B.Disappointed and angry. C.Hopeless and sad. D.Excited but nervous. 3.The underlined word “ingredients” in the passage means “________” in Chinese. 4.How much did Tom spend on his family’s living expenses this month? A.800 yuan. B.812 yuan. C.2,188 yuan. D.3,000 yuan. 5.What can we infer (推测) from the end of the story? A.Tom decided to buy the shoes. B.Tom would put the money into his piggy bank. C.Tom didn’t like eating at home. D.Tom asked his mom for more money. In 1929, Sanxingdui was first found in Southwest China’s Sichuan province, but its importance was not recognized until the year 1986 when ancient city walls, palaces and many gold ivory and bronze artifacts (青铜器) have been unearthed here. Each student is on an iPad, following lessons created by AI. The English school was one of the first to bring AI into the classroom. The system analyzes (分析) students’ work and points out how they can improve. Students, as well as their teachers and parents, can easily know their progress in every subject. They can also express how they feel about the lessons through emojis One boy who was working on math posted an upset face. A.Future School Is Here B.A Day at a Wigan Primary School C.How to Use AI in Teaching D.AI That Reads Students’ Emotions In today’s digital (数字的) world, the internet is part of our daily lives—but it also brings risks. You should also talk to a parent or teacher you trust, especially if you feel scared or threatened To stay cybersafe, always think before you share, check if information is true, and be kind to others online. 1.What may happen if you click a link from a stranger? A.You get a free gift. They stand for speed, success, and loyalty. In old times, horses were very important for travel, farming, and protecting the country. Even today, they still encourage us through language, art, and celebrations. There are many wise horse sayings in Chinese. Sugar painting, as the name means, is a painting made of sugar. One day, he killed fifty of the birds. Scott was angry with White Fang. He did not beat him badly, but he pushed his head at the dead birds and hit White Fang at the same time. This way, White Fang knew he had done wrong. “The animal is a wolf,” Scott’s father said. “You’ll never teach him not to kill chickens.” “He won’t attack another chicken,” Scott said. “Will you make a bet (打赌) with me? “ The judge agreed, and the two men had a bet. “I’ll lock White Fang in the chicken house,” Scott said. “He can stay there all night.
