描述正确;根据第三段中 “As they move they produce young and increase their number and will soon threaten Sudan in the northeast of Africa. 可知,B选项“塞内加尔位于苏丹的西南部”描述正确;根据第五段中“Although leaders of 12 countries have agreed on a plan, it is not expected to be enough.

根据上文M提到“Meanwhile,the northern provinces are suffering drought. ,以及下文L回应“It's a global issue, not just in China.
32.根据上文L说“It's a global issue, not just in China. ,以及下文M进一步说明“There are natural disasters in almost every part of the world every year, but this year seems to be the most disastrous year for China.
33.根据下文L回答“No, I live in the northern part of China.(不,我住在中国北方。)”
34.根据下文M讲述“I was in Beijing three months ago on a business trip when there was a flood.
35.根据上文M描述“I have never seen so many people wandering in water up to their waists through the streets and waiting on rooftops for help. ,以及下文M说“Actually,I would have drowned if the rescue team had not come.
