B篇
In December 2025, a concert in Chengdu surprised everyone when six robots danced on stage (舞台) with a singer. They followed the music and copied the human dancers, surprising the crowd of 18,000 people.
The robot dancers are called Unitree G1 and are made by a Chinese company, Unitree Robotics. Each one is about 1.3 metres tall (almost as tall as a 10-year-old pupil) and weighs 35 kilograms. Though not very big, they are strong and fast. Their human-like shape—with a head, arms, legs, and body—helps them move easily on stage. At the concert, they even wore shiny clothes to look like the human dancers.
The robots can dance because of the smart technology inside them. Each robot has 23 joints (关节) that help their bodies move, just like human shoulders and knees. The robots use sensors (感应器) to stay balanced (平衡的). These sensors tell them if they are standing straight or about to fall. A fast computer inside each robot works like a brain, reading this information thousands of times every second. All the dance moves were carefully planned and programmed before the concert. This allowed the robots to dance perfectly.
The robot dance in Chengdu shows us a small picture of the future. Robots may one day be seen in schools, hospitals, factories, and shows. As technology gets better, robots will become more helpful and safer. This concert shows us that the future is not “humans vs robots”. It is humans and robots working together to create something better.
24.What surprised the people at the concert?
A.The good music. B.The robot dancers. C.The famous singer.
25.How does Unitree G1 look?
A.Bird-like. B.Human-like. C.Snake-shaped.
26.What can we learn from the passage?
A.Practice makes perfect.
B.Knowledge changes life.
C.Humans and robots can work together.
27.From which part of a website can we most probably read the passage?
A.Health. B.Education. C.Technology.

China’s tourism market will grow this spring. Some provinces are giving primary and secondary school students a “spring break”. This idea was also discussed at the Two Sessions (两会). The government supports these breaks to help families travel and spend more money.
Many cities have made plans. For example, students in Chengdu will have a three-day break from April 1 to April 3. If they combine (结合) it with the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday, they can have a six-day holiday. Nanjing and Suzhou have similar plans.

Popular family trip places include Sanya (nice beaches), Kunming (good weather), and Guangzhou (delicious food). Some families also plan to visit Hong Kong, Macao, Bangkok or Singapore.
Experts think this policy is good for families and the economy (经济). Qi Chunguang from Tuniu says spring breaks encourage family outings and educational tours. He added that if the break is in late April, people can combine it with the May Day holiday for a longer trip.

“It is normal to have many different feelings about going back to school to start a new term,” said Ashley Miller, a doctor at the B.C. Children’s Hospital in Canada. 32 Sometimes these feelings can even be physical. You might get stomachaches or headaches. That is normal too.

35 If you usually sleep very late, try going to bed an hour earlier each night.
