Mr Su is a doctor. He is taking notes about the lifestyles (生活方式) of the twins, Amy and Aron.

Amy the girl looks healthy. She knows how to keep fit. She gets up early even at weekends. And enough (足够的) exercise makes her fit. She doesn’t eat fast food very often.
