Baduanjin Exercise for Children is a new book for children to do exercise. It is the very first of its kind. The book tells one of the most popular traditional (传统的) Chinese exercises to keep healthy. “Ba” means eight, “duan” means pieces and “jin” means something beautiful like silk (蚕丝).
