As a teenager, school was a real difficulty for me. I had a kind of attention problem, which meant I couldn’t focus my full attention on what I was doing, no matter how hard I tried. My classmates could focus on their tasks easily, but I found it hard to stay focused for long.

Have you ever visited Xiong’an Business Service Center? Do you know anything special about this modern building group? On top of the center’s six buildings, there are about 28,400 solar panels (太阳能板). As a teenager, school was a real difficulty for me. I had a kind of attention problem, which meant I couldn’t focus my full attention on what I was doing, no matter how hard I tried. My classmates could focus on their tasks easily, but I found it hard to stay focused for long.

Have you ever visited Xiong’an Business Service Center? Do you know anything special about this modern building group? On top of the center’s six buildings, there are about 28,400 solar panels (太阳能板). They take in energy from sunlight and turn it directly into electricity, which is a clean and smart way to power different parts of modern buildings.
These panels not only produce green power but also match the traditional Chinese style of the six buildings. If placed together closely, they would cover an area equal to 1.4 standard football fields. At present, the clean electricity they produce can provide 5% of the daily electricity used by the whole center.
Unlike traditional fuels, solar power produces almost no pollution while generating electricity. It can work as long as there is enough sunlight, so it is cheap and easy to use in our daily lives. This is why it is widely chosen in Xiong’an’s green development. More solar panels will be put into use soon, so the project will generate much more electricity.
