Life is a journey, and every experience makes me grow.Last year,I took part in a school-wide English speech contest. This is an experience that I will never forget.
At first,I was extremely nervous. The moment I stepped onto the stage,my mind went blank. But I took a deep breath and tried to calm down.I began to speak, and as I went on,I became more confident.
When the result was announced and I found I won the first prize,I was overjoyed. This experience taught me that we should face our fears bravely.Only by stepping out of our comfort zone can we grow and achieve something great. It also strengthened my belief in myself and made me more passionate about English.

第三节:书面表达(共1小题,满分15分)
Life is a journey, and every experience makes me grow.Last year,I took part in
a school-wide English speech contest. This is an experience that I will never forget.
At first,I was extremely nervous. The moment I stepped onto the stage,my mind
went blank. But I took a deep breath and tried to calm down.I began to speak, and as I
went on,I became more confident.
When the result was announced and I found I won the first prize,I was
overjoyed. This experience taught me that we should face our fears bravely.Only by
stepping out of our comfort zone can we grow and achieve something great. It also
strengthened my belief in myself and made me more passionate about English.
