Version 1
A Meaningful Lecture on Earthquake
Last Friday, our school invited Professor Li to deliver a lecture on how to survive an earthquake in the school hall. There, all the students gathered around to join in the activity.
Not only did Professor Li tell us it’s important to stay calm in an emergency through funny words, but he taught us how to protect ourselves if we were trapped indoors and outdoors. Besides, he shared his experiences through videos to show us what we should do when an earthquake struck. It left a deep impression on us.
We all clapped our hands after the lecture. From his speech, we’ve learned how to behave to improve our chances to survive.
