In Lantian, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, there is a popular village secretary (书记) named Pang Fuqiang, who is well-known online as “Qiangqiang”. He has won people’s hearts by delivering (递送) warm meals to the elderly in his village every day.
Qiangqiang’s village is in a mountainous area, where most young people go out to work, leaving many elderly people who have difficulty cooking.
