(2026·安徽淮南·一模)In China, a group of people help old people by using a red card, known as the Pat Card. The card, attached to (附在) their backpacks, carries the message, “If you need help, just pat (轻拍) me.” Behind the idea is Zhao Chen.
Zhao’s story began in 2014. “When my daughter was born, my mother came to Xi’an to help but got lost.
