二、阅读理解。
In late February,HEYTEA's first overseas(海外的) LAB store opened in New York. A long line formed in front of the store. Next to it,a Transformer mascot(变形金刚吉祥物) watched curiously.
This is not the first overseas store of a new-style Chinese tea brand. HEYTEA already has several stores in the U.S. and the U.K. ChaPanda opened a few stores last year in other Asian countries. Its first European store opened just eight days before HEYTEA's LAB store. Other brands, like Chagee, have also drawn up similar plans.
Period 5 Section B(3a-3d)(单元综合训练)
This trend can be felt everywhere. “There are many milk tea shops in Paris,” says Alex,a local. But it is hard to find a tea drink that tastes as good as the ones in China. “Chinese brands focus more on the taste of the tea itself,”he says. “Local brands are more like sweet, flavoured(调味的)drinks. ”But as Chinese brands grow,Alex has noticed some changes in local brands. They are paying more attention to the quality of the tea.
But it's not enough to just bring over good tea from China. Western taste buds(味蕾)prefer sweeter drinks.

Stores have to use a different set of sugar levels in those markets. Even a “less sugary” drink in the U.S. ,for example, may be sweeter than a regular one in China. Some HEYTEA shops even sell “extra sugary” drinks.
Even so,it won't be easy to make Western customers accept a new taste. Social media posts show that most of the people in the long lines are Chinese. “But with quality ingredients and the cultural experience, the new style can have its appeal(魅力),”Alex says.

三、回答问题。
One warm afternoon last spring,I was walking through a park in Putuo. At the corner of a grassy field,a group of women in their late 50s caught my eye. With plastic bags hanging from their arms, they moved slowly through the grass, searching for something. “What are they doing?”I wondered.
Curious,I walked over for a closer look. One of the women looked up and laughed,“See?Wild shepherd's purse(荠菜)!”
Period 5 Section B(3a-3d)(单元综合训练)
“Shepherd's purse? Here in this park?” I asked, looking around in surprise.
“Ah,you young guys know nothing about this,” the woman replied. Then, she moved to a small plant with toothed leaves just behind me. I looked at the plant and scratched(挠) my head. Maybe she was right:Young people don't know much about any of this.
But who hasn't heard of this trend?Every spring for the past several years, digging for wild edible(可以吃的) plants has been all over social media. However, many of us know little about these plants.
Period 5 Section B(3a-3d)(单元综合训练)
Take shepherd's purse as an example. I eat it almost every spring as part of my wonton(馄饨) fillings. But without much experience in cooking or grocery shopping, how would I know what my food looks like before it's chopped(剁碎) and cooked?
We aren't robots, and eating shouldn't feel like charging. To make eating a truly human experience,we need to roll up our sleeves sometimes. Instead of buying ready-to-cook wontons,we could buy some meat, shepherd's purse and wonton skins, and learn to make those dumplings by hand. What about digging for wild edible plants? It could be a fun adventure, but I think I'll find a guide before I get my hands dirty!
