1.教学内容分析
本课是冀教版小学英语五年级下册 Unit 3 “Writing Home” 的第一课时。主要内容围绕“购买明信片”展开,学习明信片的基本特征(has a picture of...)、与信件和电子邮件的区别(write a letter on paper, write an email on a computer),以及核心句型 “send...to...” 和 “How much is/are...?”。教材通过 Jenny、Danny 和 Li Ming 在商店购买明信片的对话,帮助学生掌握询问价格、表达寄送对象等交际功能,为后续书写明信片和信件打下基础。
2. 学习者分析

1.Let's use postcards to evoke a sense of nostalgia and help students learn about them.
2.The teacher shows travel pictures and asks: "When you travel, how do you contact your family or friends?" Then guides students to name ways such as phone calls, WeChat, letters and so on.

1.Students appreciate the postcards, experience the nostalgic feelings, and get to know about postcards.

1. The teacher helps students understand the history of postcards.
2. Show real postcards or pictures and guide students to observe by asking: “What does a postcard have?” Then lead to the sentence: “It has a picture on it.”
3. Present a picture of the Palace Museum and teach the phrase “a picture of the Palace Museum”.
4. Let's say: This postcard has a picture of …… This postcard has ……
5. Compare a letter and an email: Show pictures of paper and a computer, and teach “write a letter on paper” / “write an email on a computer”.

2. Guide students to practice using the sentence pattern want to do.
3. Write on the blackboard and explain “How much is...?” and the answer “It’s... yuan.”
4. Show more pictures of objects (hats, T-shirts, toy pandas, books, etc.) and guide students to practice asking and answering with “How much is/are...?”
