教 案 教学基本信息 学科 English 学段 初中 年级 九年级 单元 Unit 9 课题 I like music that I can dance to. 总课时数 6 课时 Section A 3a-3c 课型 阅读课 授课时间 教学目标及教学重点、难点 教学目标: At the end of the class, the students will be able to: 1.grasp the new words and phrases. 2.learn to get the main idea and detail information by using skimming, scanning and careful reading skills. 3.learn to express preference about music, movies, teachers etc. by using Attributive Clause. 教学重点: 1. Key vocabulary: stick, down, dialog, ending, documentary, drama, plenty, shut, superhero... feel like doing, stick to, feel down, plenty of, shut off, once in a while... 2. Key sentences: a. While some people stick to only one kind of movie, I like to watch different kinds depending on how I feel that day. b. When I’m down or tired, I prefer movies that can cheer me up. c. I always bring a friend who isn’t afraid of these kinds of movies. 3. Structures: noun/pronoun+that/which/who+... 教学难点: Practice the attributive clauses with that, who and which in reading comprehension. 教学过程(表格描述) 教学环节 主要教学活动 设置意图 Step 1 Lead-in (PPT 3) Have a free talk: What kind of movies do you know? What kind of movies do you like? And why? 引导学生自由谈论了解的电影,喜欢的电影类型,并陈述喜欢这些电影的原因。 Step 2 Warming-up (PPT 4-10) 1. Show the pictures to Ss and make them learn the new words. Read the new words. 2. Have a group work.Describe an English movie that you have ever watched. How did you feel after watching it? 用图片引入本节课的单词,学习并朗读这些单词。小组合作讨论看过一部电影以后的感受,引出表达自己情绪的词汇,为本课学习3a做准备。 Step 3 Pre-reading (PPT 11-16) 1. Fast reading.Underline the different kinds of movies and circle the movie names. 2. Read 3a and match the kinds of movies with the movie names. 通读全文,把文中提到的电影类型和电影的名字匹配起来。 Step 4 While-reading (PPT 17-27) Careful reading. Ask Ss to read the passage and complete the following tasks. 1. Read the first paragraph, and fill in the blanks. 2. Read the second paragraph quietly by yourself,and answer the questions. 3. Read the third paragraph loudly by yourself, and fill in the blanks. 4. Read the fourth paragraph with your partners, and circle T or F.
