Life is always about ups and downs, but life can teach you to grow.
About two years ago, I was taking part in the first Table Tennis Championships (锦标赛). I was quite 13 about myself. My opponent (对手) was very short and thin. Do you often stay up late? Maybe you play mobile games or watch videos until very late.
Then, it’s really hard for you to get up in the morning. If this is you, you’re a “night owl”. But this way of living is bad for your health.
Many studies show that night owls have more health problems. A 2023 Harvard study found that night owls are more likely to have blood (血液) sugar problems than those who go to bed and wake up early. Another problem is that night owls usually don’t have enough sleep. When you sleep, your brain cleans out bad things and helps you remember lessons. Life is always about ups and downs, but life can teach you to grow.
About two years ago, I was taking part in the first Table Tennis Championships (锦标赛). I was quite 13 about myself. My opponent (对手) was very short and thin.
