教材分析
本课时是外研版小学英语五年级下册第四模块的第二单元第一课时,主要学习e-books,project,guide,information,film.way, topic,as well这几个新单词,并运用所学句子I want a Chinese book. ”及“ We can find information from books and CDs. 本课时包括Look, listen and say.该部分为大家呈现了两张图片然后大家根据图片进行编造对话,我们要使用本课时的重要句型“I want a Chinese book.”的句型,我们使用所学的词汇和句型描述“某人想要某物的句型”,从而做到学以致用。我们可以在黑板上贴出Activity 1的教学挂图,请同学们仔细观察图片。然后我们教师发问“I want a Chinese book.Where can I find?”
学情分析
五年级学生已经学习了两年英语,有一定基础,接触过简单的词汇和句型,可以进行一些简单的日常用语对话,能听懂教师的指令,能够在教师指导下顺利进行全英语教学学习,对直观生动的东西充满兴趣。所以本节课利用生动形象的卡片,动画,声音和实物调动学生学习的积极性。小学生抽象思维不如形象思维,所以对篇章的理解和运用将是本节课的最大障碍。

语言知识目标:新单词e-books,project,guide,information,film.way, topic,as well。
新句型We can find information from books and CDs.的教学。
语言技能目标:(1)能够听、说、读、写单词:film,way,on。
(2)能够听、说、认读词汇:information,project,guide,as well。

1) 老师放映课件,用中文询问同学看到了什么?同学们会看到课件上呈现的图画。
2) 教师拿出单词卡片,进入重点新词汇学习环节,向同学展示图片,结合PPT上放映的内容,带领同学学习一些新单词,如film,way,on,information,project,guide,as well等然后有例句呈现。

·教材意图
通过对话的形式,让学生了解如何表达想要某类书籍以及如何询问对方自己在什么地方能找到某物。
·教学建议
(1)教师用多媒体呈现教材第23页活动一的图片,让学生观察图片,猜一猜他们都在谈论什么,以及教师手里拿的是什么。
(2)教师播放活动一的录音,学生静听,初步感知课文内容。
(3)听完录音后,教师给学生一定时间思考以下问题:①What do the students want?②Where can they find them?随后教师随机挑选两名学生回答问题,教师对学生的答案进行补充、修正。
示例:
T:What do the students want?
S1:They want a Chinese book, a Maths book and an English book.
T:Where can they find them?
S2:They can find them on ebooks.(教师可简单讲解并教读ebooks)
(4)教师带领学生一起理解课文内容,引导学生得出结论:除了阅读纸质图书外,我们还可以阅读电子书。
(5)教师逐句播放活动一的录音,学生跟读并模仿其语音语调。

学生们下周将要上一堂关于中国美食的课,老师让学生们课前收集关于中国美食的相关信息。看!学生们现在正在讨论怎么搜集信息。教师让学生5人一组,模拟以上场景,创编对话。
