There are some scribbles on the walls of our school.
Some students don’t care about public facilities.
There are no clear rules to stop this.
Students lack awareness of protecting the school environment.
1. Put up posters to remind students not to scribble.
2. Set up a "wall protection team" to check regularly.
3. Clean the scribbles together and paint the walls again if necessary.
Some students often forget to turn off the lights in the classroom.
They are in a hurry to leave after class.
They don’t realize the importance of saving electricity.
1. Assign a "light monitor" to check lights every day after school.
2. Stick small notes on the light switches to remind everyone.
3. Hold a class meeting to talk about energy saving.
The school library is always noisy during reading time
Some students talk loudly or run around.
There are not enough workers to keep order.
1. Make "keep quiet" signs and put them in the library.
2. Ask students to be volunteer librarians to manage the noise.
3. Praise students who behave well in the library.
Step 2 Write down some plans to solve the problems.
Plan 1: Stop scribbles on the school walls
1. Week 1: Design anti-scribble posters with our group members and put them up near the stairs and classrooms.
2. Week 2: Form a small "wall protection team" to walk around the school and remind students not to draw on walls.
3. Week 3: Ask the school cleaner to help us clean the existing scribbles, and report to the teacher if some are too hard to clean.
Plan 2: Save electricity in the classroom
1. Every day: The last student to leave the classroom must check all lights and fans, and the "light monitor" will record this.
2. Once a week: Have a 5-minute talk at the class meeting to share stories of saving electricity and praise students who do well.
3. Month end: Give a small prize to the class with the least waste of electricity.
Plan 3: Keep the library quiet
1. Week 1: Make colorful "Quiet Please" signs and place them on every bookshelf and table.
2. Week 2: Ask the librarian to let 2-3 students from our class be volunteers to help keep order during lunch reading time.
3. Week 4: Give a "Quiet Star" badge to students who follow the rules well in the library.
Step 3 Prepare a presentation to share your plans with the whole class.

Title: Let’s Make Our School Better!
Good morning, everyone!
Today, our group wants to talk about three small problems in our school and how we can fix them together.
First, there are some scribbles on our school walls. Some students don’t care about public facilities, and there’s no clear rule to stop it. Our plan: we’ll make "No Scribbling" posters, set up a "Wall Protection Team" to check, and clean the old marks together.
Second, many students forget to turn off the lights after class. They’re in a hurry and don’t know how important saving electricity is. We’ll choose a "Light Monitor" to check lights every day, stick reminder notes on switches, and talk about energy saving in class meetings.
Third, the library is too noisy during reading time. Some students talk loudly, and there aren’t enough people to keep order. We’ll make "Keep Quiet" signs, ask for student volunteers to help the librarian, and give "Quiet Star" badges to well-behaved students.
Our school is our second home. Let’s take small steps to make it cleaner, tidier and quieter!
Thank you!
