1.Show students five example sentences to introduce the grammar---Attributive Clause.
2.Ask them to think about the definition of Attributive and Attributive Clause.

1.Explain the basic structure of Attributive Clause.
Explain the basic structure of Attributive Clause by giving some example sentences.
Stress the definition of antecedent and relative word.
2. Explain the basic rules of the relative words.
①Lead students to review the classification of the relative word. Help them to distinguish the difference between relative adverb and relative adverb.
② Help students to understand the relation between the Relative Pronouns and antecedents .
3. Stress the Basic Usages and Notes of Relative Pronouns.
①Ask students to take notes of the basic usage of the Relative Pronouns, and figure out the antecedent it refers to and the function it serves in the clause.
Use example sentences to show the usages.
② Explain the basic usage of different relative pronouns(that, which, who, whom, whose) and some special usage in different contexts by giving example sentences and finishing exercise for consolidation.

(1) Ask students to underline the sentences in Activity 15 of the textbook that have the same structure as the italicized parts in the box.
Then checks the answers and summarize the basic usages of the relative pronouns introducing attributive clauses in the examples.

Ask students to discuss with the partner, match the two columns according to the pictures to make complete sentences.
Calls on students to check their answers and provides feedback.

(1)Lead students to read and understand the sentences, then complete them according to their meanings and the actual situation.
(2) Then,teacher may present key information visually with pictures to help students understand the context.
