1.知识基础
经过前期的英语学习,学生掌握了关于生活的基础英语词汇句型,但社区设施与服务问答表达缺乏系统训练;看图猜词能力尚可,听力薄弱,细节捕捉易出错,需要反复巩固练习。
2.认知能力
学生熟悉日常社区生活,但相关英语表达迁移运用不足;缺乏应答服务交流的输出能力,课堂需搭建分层问题支架,助力语言灵活运用。
3.学习特点
学生学习态度端正,思维活跃,学生态度端正、思维活跃,偏爱真实情境学英语;适合由易到难分层设计练习,从模仿替换过渡到实战运用,降低学习难度。
教学目标
1. 通过听力策略在与社区生活相关的听力材料中预测并提取主要信息;;
2. 能够询问社区服务设施信息、表达个人需求和回应询问,培养语言沟通能力;
3. 能够根据图片信息向不同客户介绍社区;
4. 能够为顾客提供咨询服趋势表现出真诚和友善的态度, 同时认可并介绍我国优秀的社区文化;
教学重难点
教学重点:能识别社区中的服务设施,提取具体信息,如社区有哪些设施、所处方位和提供服务的时间等,然后进行信息转述。
教学难点:能熟练运用描述社区相关信息的句型,尤其是询问和转述的常用表达。

Warming Up
Warming-up
1.Ask students to watch a video about community to know about some basic knowledge about the community.

2. Ask students what their dream community looks like to help students to have a better understanding of the dream community.

Lead the students to describe the community with the given words bank.
3. Look and match.(处理教材活动1)
Lead the students to look through the pictures and match them with the corresponding facilities.
4.Think and tick. (处理教材活动2)
Ask the students to read the given sentences to tick out the ones used when asking for community information.
Check the answers and lead them to read the sentences together.
Lead the students to work in groups to complete the dialogue using the sentences in Activity 2 and the common community facilities and services from the Warming-up section.

本环节通过观看关于社区介绍的视频,引出本单元关于社区的主题.。通过图片匹配等活动,引出询问社区信息时会用到的语句,有助于学生提前进入情景,为后续听说活动做准备。
Step 2
Listening
1.Listen and choose. (处理教材活动3)
1). Before playing the audio, lead students to look through the pictures, then play the audio and ask them to tick out the facilities mentioned in the dialogue.
2. Listen and tick.(处理教材活动4)
Ask students to read the hints first. Then, play the audio asking them to listen to the recording again and tick the correct information about community service facilities.
Pay attention to the key information such as the locations, examples and opening hours of related facilities.
3.Listen and complete(处理教材活动5).
Before listening, let students read the text carefully to predict the missing words. Then, play the audio to ask the students to fill in the blanks with the key words and then check their answers.
4.Dialogue Analysis.
Show the script and ask students to read the script after the audio.
Explain the key words and expressions.

Step 3
Speaking
1.Listen、read and underline.
First, Explain the background of the dialogue.
Then, ask students to listen to the dialogue first and read the dialogue following the audio to underline the sentences about asking for community service facilities.
Third, lead the students to read the dialogue again to answer the following questions.
① Where did the conversation take place?
② How far is the laundry from here?
③ Is there a gym in the community?
④ Where is the swimming pool?
⑤ When does the clinic open?
Forth, invite two students to read the dialogue and make comments.
Finally, briefly explains the key phrases and sentence patterns, then ask the students to practice the sentence patterns.

Lead students to recall the communicative patterns in Activity 6.

本环节是两个学生之间的对话。通过让学生听、读找出与询问社区服务设施有关的语句。分析文本中的重点短语和表达,帮助学生掌握关于社区设施以及服务的基础语言表达,侧重培养学生的语言沟通能力和语用能力。
本环节通过模仿活动6的购物对话的范本语料,进行替换关键词的对话练习。通过模仿练习,来进一步操练重点句型,巩固所学交际框架,培养学生的语言迁移能力。
本环节为角色扮演的对话练习。通过为他人完成售房推荐交流的对话训练,可以锻炼学生将口语表达技能迁移到实际语境中,从而培养学生在真实情景下的语言交互能力。
