专题05 阅读理解(记叙文) (24-25八年级上·重庆南岸·月考)Standing at the foot of the big mountains, I know that real adventure (冒险) often starts with beautiful things in the nature (自然). Everyone has their own favorite place, and I also want to find mine. Last month I went to a beautiful mountain with great expectation. Along the way, I was so excited that I couldn’t wait to watch the fantastic view (风景). However, when I arrived there, I found there were so many people and the noisy sounds made me very sad. I expected to feel the beauty of nature in a quiet place, but now it was much too noisy. But I didn’t give up and went on climbing the mountain. As I walked on, there were fewer people and the view became more and more beautiful. When I reached another place called Mount Greenview, I saw a place full of green plants and colorful flowers. The sense of peace was growing up from the bottom of my heart at that moment. Then I started climbing. I couldn’t wait to see more. The view from the top made me feel like I was in Alice’s Wonderland. After enjoying the view for a while, I decided to go on my journey and headed for a quiet lake. Along the way, I was so happy that I even sang a song. The water there was so clear that I could even see the beautiful stones in the lake. Ducks swam slowly and quietly. I rested on the grass and enjoyed the nice moment. This trip shows me that we can find beautiful things in places we don’t think of. Sometimes, looking for a great place is as good as getting to that place. So stop waiting and get moving to enjoy the beautiful view as soon as possible. 1.Which was the first place the writer visited? A.A place filled with noisy people. B.Mount Greenview. C.The top of the mountain. D.A quiet lake. 2.What does the underlined sentence in Paragraph 3 mean? A.The view was so peaceful that the writer wanted to sleep. B.The view was so amazing that the writer felt it like a dream. C.The view was so common that the writer felt nothing special. D.The view was so terrible that the writer wanted to leave. 3.Which shows the changes of the writer’s feelings best in the passage? A. B. C. D. 4.What can we learn from the writer’s trip? A.Mountains are always the best place to find beautiful things. B.Singing songs can make the journey more enjoyable. C.People can find beautiful things in unexpected places. D.Getting to a great place is more important than looking for it. 【答案】1.A 2.B 3.C 4.C 【导语】本文是一篇记叙文。文章主要讲述了作者上个月去一座美丽的山探险的经历。 1.细节理解题。根据第二段中的“However, when I arrived there, I found there were so many people and the noisy sounds made me very sad.”可知,作者到达的第一个地方是挤满了嘈杂人群的地方,故选A。 2.句意理解题。根据画线句上文“When I reached another place called Mount Greenview, I saw a place full of green plants and colorful flowers. I feel so sad when school is out and everyone has left for their LONG holidays. Sure, I’m not entirely on my own. For example, the hard-working librarian never takes a day off. The returning students care about me. That’s why I miss them so much. I don’t mind that they close my doors loudly (ouch), or stamp down my stairways. I feel alive with my students around. I can’t wait to show off my facilities (设施). Students attending science classes will be surprised at the new equipment! They will also love going to my playground after class. Athletic students can have fun on the basketball court, while outgoing ones can relax on the sidelines and chat. Some newcomers may wonder, “How will I fit in (适应)?” or “Won’t I get lost?” I would say: “Chill out (冷静)!” Teachers and senior students will happily lend a hand. But he was still unhappy. ⑧“Do not let a sadness around you, Louis,” said the father, “Swans must be cheerful, beautiful and brave. Remember that young people always face some defects. David Grant and his wife Yvonne Faulkner-Grant always let their 13-year-old dog pick up the plastic bottles he finds while out on their daily walks. ②In 2021, David and Yvonne noticed Scruff could find even the most well-hidden bottles. They also noticed there was more and more litter in their town. They couldn’t believe that people were littering (乱扔) so much since they were both taught never to drop their trash as children. ③At the start of 2022, David and Yvonne decided to start picking up the bottles. They also decided to train Scruff to gather other people’s trash. ④“When he picked a bottle up in 2021, he would carry it for a while and then drop it again. People would think we were dropping litter. But it wasn’t our litter,” said Yvonne, “so we got him to start bringing the bottles to us and we put them in a bag and then counted them up.” ⑤Since starting this journey, Scruff has become famous in his neighborhood. Everybody loves him. ⑥________ They hope that more people will heat Scruff’s story and either stop dropping the trash or, perhaps, try picking it up themselves. What’s more, they think Scruff has taken on his duties so well that other dogs could easily be trained to do what he does as well. ⑦“We walk the same route (路线) every day and he finds bottles on that route every day,” said David. “We feel proud that we are picking them up, but a bit angry that they’re even there,” Yvonne agrees. ⑧Scruff has collected 1,334 bottles. David and his wife think Scruff has done a really great job. ⑨And so do we! Picking up litter while taking a walk is a healthy habit that many of us could add to our lives. 1.What is Paragraph 2 mainly about? A.Why Scruff likes to play with plastic bottles. I had never been camping before, so I felt both excited and nervous. My younger brother Jake, however, was jumping for joy, already imagining the adventure. Early Saturday morning, we packed our tent, sleeping bags, and plenty of snacks into the car. The two-hour drive took us far from the noisy city into peaceful countryside. Tall pine trees stood like quiet guards as we entered the forest. When we arrived, Dad gave me an important job. “Emma, you’ll lead us to the campsite (营地) using this map,” he said. My hands shook as I unfolded (打开) the map — I’d never done this before! Jake helped by pointing at landmarks like special-shaped trees and colorful flowers. After some wrong turns, we finally found our perfect spot by a beautiful lake. While Dad and Jake worked on setting up our blue tent, Mom taught me how to collect good firewood. “Look for dry branches about this thick,” she said, showing me with her fingers. I found some interesting things too-shiny rocks, fuzzy caterpillars (毛毛虫), and even a bird’s nest! As the sun began to set, we built our campfire. The dancing flames made funny shadows on our faces while Mom showed us how to cook noodles over the fire. Just when our food was ready, disaster struck-a sudden rainstorm! We grabbed everything and ran into the tent, laughing as we ate sandwiches instead of our planned meal. The rain beat loudly on the tent all night, but Jake slept through it all like a baby. When it was time to leave, Mom asked if we’d like to camp again. Jake shouted “YES!” before she even finished the question. I thought about the rain, the map troubles, and my empty fishing line... and realized I’d had the best time ever. “Definitely!” I answered, smiling. “But next time, let’s bring a better map!” 1.How did Emma feel when her father asked her to lead the way to the campsite? A.Confident and proud. B.Nervous but determined (坚定的). C.Annoyed and unwilling. D.Bored and uninterested. 2.What did the family eat for dinner during the rainstorm? A.Roasted duck. B.Sandwiches. C.Cooked noodles. D.Freshly caught fish. 3.Why might Emma have smiled when agreeing to camp again? A.She wanted to please her parents. B.She secretly enjoyed the challenges. C.She planned to bring better equipment next time. D.She didn’t want Jake to laugh at her. 4.Which title best summarizes the story? A.A Perfect Family Vacation. B.The Night of the Terrible Storm. C.Learning to Love Camping. D.Jake’s Fishing Adventure. 【答案】1.B 2.B 3.B 4.C 【导语】本文是一篇记叙文,主要讲述Emma第一次家庭露营的经历,从最初的紧张到最终享受挑战的过程。 1.推理判断题。根据文章第3段“My hands shook as I unfolded (打开) the map — I’d never done this before!”可知,Emma打开地图时手在发抖,表明很紧张;结合第3段“After some wrong turns, we finally found our perfect spot by a beautiful lake.”可知,几经辗转,我们终于在一个美丽的湖边找到了理想的地点,由此体现Emma对目的地很坚定。故选B。 2.细节理解题。根据文章第5段“we ate sandwiches instead of our planned meal”可知,他们吃了三明治代替原计划的大餐。故选B。 3.推理判断题。根据文章最后一段“realized I’d had the best time ever. ‘Definitely!’ I answered, smiling.”可知,Emma意识到这是最棒的时光,这说明她享受挑战。故选B。 4.最佳标题题。全文通过Emma从“nervous”到“the best time ever”的态度转变,突出她逐渐爱上露营的过程。故选C。 (2025·江苏扬州·中考真题)Inside the hall, the door was shut, and the key lay on the glass stand. Poor Alice, who was about one foot high after taking some drink, found a cake on the floor. She went up and soon ate all the cake. “How strange! How tall I am!” said Alice. She looked down at her feet—they seemed so far off. In fact, she was now over nine feet high, which meant she still couldn’t get through the door. She sat down, and had a good cry till there was a large pool all round her. Suddenly, she heard the sound of feet not far off. It was the Rabbit that had come back, with a fan in his hand. Alice felt so in need of help from someone, that when he came near, she called out, “If you please, sir....” The Rabbit started as if shot, dropped the fan and ran off as fast as possible. Alice picked up the fan and as the hall was hot, she fanned herself. “Dear, dear! How strange all things are today! I do wish to get out of the hall! ” she said. Then she noticed herself in the glass—she was now not more than two feet high, and still shrinking quite fast. That was the fan! She realized this and dropped it at once, or she would shrink to the size of an ant soon. Alice was in a sad fear at the quick change. “Things are worse,” said the poor girl, “I was never so small as this. How can I get out?” As she said these words, she lost her footsteps and was up to her chin (下巴) in salt water—her own tears. Just then Alice noticed a mouse swimming towards her. “Will it be useful now to speak to this mouse? All things are so strange here. I should think maybe it can talk. At least there’s no harm to try.” So she swam up. —— Adapted from Alice in Wonderland 1.Which of the following is the correct order of the story? a. Alice ate up a cake. b. And under his feet—hidden underground—were the tiny burrows (洞穴) of the owls. No sign marked them. No fence protected them. I was 14. It was too old for this childish action. “I can buy lunch at school,” I said, but she gave me a bag. There was a lunchbox with a handwritten note, “Love you, my brave girl.” One rainy Tuesday, I threw the unopened lunchbox into my locker (柜子). That afternoon, my stomach ached during math class. There were two people outside the house who were looking sad. “The mother was sitting on the grass with her baby, and I asked her if she was all right. She said, ‘My other baby is still inside the burning (燃烧) house,’ and I thought, ‘Oh no, I have to save the baby.’ That was what I had to do,” said John. As he walked around the house, he tried to enter (进去) through the side door. But the smoke and the fire were too strong and he couldn’t get into it. At the back of the house, another door was open and John crawled (爬行) in to look for the baby but had to come back because of the fire. He asked the mother where she had last seen her baby. Then he went back into the fire again to look for the baby, but he couldn’t find it as there was little time and air left. He thought about saving himself, but changed his mind when he heard the baby crying. He moved towards the sound, held the baby and did his best to run out. The first few Tai Chi classes were fun and easy, and the moves really caught my imagination (想象), with creative names like “White Crane Spreading Its Wings” and “Golden Rooster Standing On One Leg”. When I asked my coach where these interesting names came from, he told me the history of Tai Chi. Zhang Sanfeng, a 13th-century Taoist (道家), first got the idea of Tai Chi moves after watching a fight between a bird and a snake. About four hundred years later, Chen Wangting developed Tai Chi according to kungfu moves. Some of these kungfu moves copied animal actions (动作). That’s why some Tai Chi moves are named after animals. However, after a few weeks, I grew bored and ached from making the same moves again and again. Luckily, my coach was kind. He taught me how to relax my muscles (肌肉) and pay attention to the peace of mind. Slowly, I improved and even learned harder moves. My coach said Tai Chi balanced (平衡) yin and yang through slow, opposite actions: up and down, left and right, forward and backward. This brought both balance in the body and calmness in mind. My love for Tai Chi grew stronger than ever. Thanks to a year of practice, great changes have taken place in myself. I sleep better and feel more active, even though I am busy with study. Tai Chi has made me happier and more confident when I face problems. I’ll certainly keep practising—it’s a lifelong gift! 1.Why did the writer say no to the Tai Chi Club at first? A.Because he thought Tai Chi was for the old. B.Because he didn’t know how to play Tai Chi. C.Because playing Tai Chi was too hard for him. I rested on the grass and enjoyed the nice moment. This trip shows me that we can find beautiful things in places we don’t think of. The new school year starts tomorrow. I don’t know how I spent the summer holiday. I feel so sad when school is out and everyone has left for their LONG holidays. Sure, I’m not entirely on my own. Some newcomers may wonder, “How will I fit in (适应)?” or “Won’t I get lost?” I would say: “Chill out (冷静)!” Teachers and senior students will happily lend a hand. The air buzzed (喧闹)—not with insects, but with voices, cameras, and the weight of something about to begin. Roy’s heart beat like a drum. He looked out at the people gathering for the pancake house ground-breaking ceremony (仪式). Behind him stood the company men and the reporters. And under his feet—hidden underground—were the tiny burrows (洞穴) of the owls. No sign marked them. No fence protected them. They asked nothing, made no sound, yet now heavy machines waited, ready to destroy (破坏) their living area. He thought of Mullet Fingers, the wild boy who cared about animals more than himself. He thought of brave Beatrice who helped even when it was hard. Roy had tried to stay out of trouble. He liked quiet. But now, staying quiet didn’t feel right. He stepped up to the microphone (话筒). “Excuse me,” he said, voice shaking. “Before you dig…you should know the truth.” The crowd (人群) grew quiet. “There are owls living here,” Roy said. “They’re small. They’re scared. And if you build here, you’ll destroy their homes.” Someone in the crowd laughed. A reporter asked, “How do you know that?” “Because I saw them. I stood right there and watched them. They live here. They belong here. And they matter.” The manager stepped forward, “This is not your business, kid.” Roy turned to face him. His fear turned into something else—strength. “It’s my business. It’s everyone’s business. We can’t just destroy what we don’t see. Progress should not come at the cost of wonder,” he said. His hands stopped shaking. People in the crowd began whispering. One mother held her child’s hand. A teacher nodded. Even the manager looked uncertain. Roy didn’t know what would happen next. (24-25八年级下·浙江温州·期中)Every morning, Mom packed my lunchbox with the same boring sandwich and an apple. Reaching into my backpack for money, my fingers reached against…a second lunchbox? Inside lay a warm cup of chicken soup, a cheese sandwich cut into stars, and a note, “Love you, my brave girl.” I checked my locker, and my first lunchbox was still there. How did the second one get in my bag? At dinner, Mom acted as usual. The same thing happened on Thursday when I “forgot” my lunch again, but another secret meal appeared, this time with my favorite mango slices (片). I started checking her: leaving the lunchbox at home, hiding it in different places. Like magic, another lunchbox always appeared in my backpack. My curiosity (好奇) turned to worry when I found medicine in Mom’s wallet. “Just vitamins,” she said quickly. That night, I heard her whispering (小声说) to Dad, “…the treatments are working, but my memory might be worse…” The next morning, I went downstairs quietly. Looking through the kitchen window, I saw Mom pack two exactly the same boxes, one into my bag, one into my backpack. Then she looked quietly at both, her hands trembling (发抖的). She didn’t remember doing it twice. Tears in my eyes as I finally understood: her “Over-protectiveness” wasn’t smothering (溺爱), but it was love fighting against her worse memory. That day, I ate both lunches to taste every bite like valuable memories. Now I pack her lunchbox daily, always with a note: “Love you, my brave mom.” 1.Why was the writer unhappy at first? A.The food was unhealthy. B.She disliked handwritten notes. C.Mother did childish things for her. D.The lunchbox was too small. 2.What first surprised the writer about the lunchboxes? There, children get to know about the importance of the rainforest and the serious situation of it. One day, the kids happened to know that the rainforest land could be bought through MCL, and they took action immediately. They wrote plays and songs about rainforests. They made books and paintings about rainforests as well. They held the charity sale (义卖) to sell their works of art. By the end of the trip, they had raised $240 to buy about 0.06km² of rainforest. She gently asked, “Little tree, why do you think gold leaves would bring you happiness?” “Because I dream of being the most beautiful tree in the park,” the tree answered. “Well,” the fairy said. “But you’ve got only three wishes.” The next morning, the pine tree found its leaves had turned gold. D.Because playing Tai Chi was too slow and soft. 2.What has the writer learned in the Tai Chi Club? A.Tai Chi is famous because of its interesting names. B.Zhang Sanfeng developed fun and easy Tai Chi moves. C.The balance of yin and yang relaxes the body and the mind. D.Chen Wangting watched a fight between a bird and a snake. 3.How did the writer’s love for learning Tai Chi change? A. B. C. D. 4.What’s the main idea of the passage? A.The importance of Tai Chi. B.The advice on learning Tai Chi. C.The interesting moves of Tai Chi. D.The experiences of learning Tai Chi. / 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $
