The lake changes its color with the change of seasons. In spring and summer, the lake is deep green. While in autumn, the lake gets many colors with gold, red, green and blue. It becomes a world of white snow in winter. That makes it one of the most beautiful places in China.

Growing pains are the difficulties that people may face as they grow up or when their lives change. ____61____ For example, they may happen during the teenage years or when major life events take place, such as moving to a new city, starting at a new school, or losing a loved one. When facing new changes or challenges, you might feel nervous, worried, or even upset. These feelings are called emotional (情感的) growing pains. ____62____ That’s okay, it means you’re learning and growing. Here are some simple steps to help you get through them.
Remember that emotional growing pains are a normal part of life. Everyone experiences them, so it’s completely normal to have these feelings. They can be uncomfortable or stressful, but you’re not alone.
____63____ If you’re feeling sad, consider starting something new or joining an activity. Hobbies are good for both your body and mind. For example, you could try writing or painting—these give you a way to express your feelings and let out your feelings. ____64____ Doing enjoyable things helps you feel better and more relaxed.
Ask for help. It’s hard to go through big changes alone, so reach out to the people around you. ____65____ They may have had similar experiences and know how to support you. Don’t be afraid to share your feelings. Talking to others can help you feel supported and understood.

In the future, humans may live on other planets like Mars or even moons in the solar system. Scientists are already working hard to make it possible. With new technology, our lives in space could be very different but also exciting.
First, people will need special homes to survive. On Mars, for example, there is no air to breathe, so houses must be supported with oxygen (氧气) machines. The temperature is much colder than on Earth, so heating systems will be important. To protect against space radiation (辐射), homes might be built underground or covered with thick rocks.
Daily life will also change. Since other planets have less gravity than Earth, people will move differently— maybe even look like flying when they walk! Growing food will be a challenge, so farms will use hydroponics inside their houses. That means growing plants without soil. Water will be reused carefully because it will be very important.
Transportation will be fun. Instead of cars, people might use small spacecraft to travel. Schools could teach students about space science and how to repair robots. In free time, children might explore on Mars or watch the sun rising on planets with stars!
The biggest challenge will be staying connected to Earth. Information could take minutes or hours to arrive, so people will need to be patient. Families and friends may still “meet” on smartphones.
Living on another planet sounds like science fiction, but it could happen in our lifetime. It will be difficult, but also an amazing adventure in the future!
根据短文内容回答下列问题。
66. Why might people’s homes on Mars need to be built underground?

67. How will people probably move on a planet with less gravity?

68. What does the underlined word “hydroponics” mean in paragraph 3?

The World Health Organization (WHO) says that about 20 percent of teenagers around the world are having mental problems. It predicts that the number will be much larger years later.
In China, the situation isn’t good, either. About 10 percent of teenagers under 17 have a mental problem.
“These days, students spend most of their time studying and building up relationships with classmates and teachers. With more people, the competition is harder at school, ” the WHO said. A study also found that students’ unhappiness came from the Internet. “Online, teenagers often see messages about perfection (完美) and these make them get worried about themselves for not being the best. But they shouldn’t worry about such things at all,” said an expert.
Some doctors also say that teenagers don’t ask for help when they have mental problems. They are afraid that others will laugh at them. And in the UK, over 75 percent of teenagers believe having mental problems is their own problem. A study showed in 2017 that a quarter of teenagers in the UK wouldn’t ask for help if they had a mental problem. “I don’t want others, even the doctors, to know what I’m thinking. So, I may help myself out,” some teenagers said.
“These people may be creating problems for themselves in the future,” the expert said. “My advice for teenagers is, if you feel something is wrong, just ask for help. The earlier you ask, the better you will get.”
