Culture Understanding
Do you want to improve the way you study? Many students say that not being able to focus on studying is their biggest problem. It seriously affects their study and their test results. If you have the same problems, the following tips may be helpful.
Tips for study
You should always study in the right place. Do not study in the place where you relax. For example, when you sit on a sofa to study, your brain may think it is time to have a rest. Never watch TV while you are studying. Experts warn that your attention may drop by 50 percent if you study like this. Before sitting down to study, make sure you have all the things you need. Apart from textbooks, pens and pencils, you may also need a dictionary.
You are more likely to become tired if you read a book on a flat surface. Place your book at an angle of 30 degrees.
Do not study for too long without rest. If you need a break, get up and walk around for a few minutes, but try not to chat with friends or eat.

Tips for taking a test
You probably will not get very good results if you are too nervous or too tired when taking your test. Getting plenty of rest is very important. This means you should not study all night before your test. It is better to have a long-term study plan. Try to prepare for your test in advance.
Exercise is a great way to reduce pressure. In addition, doing some form of exercise every day can also improve your concentration.
