口腔开合度:口腔要向两旁伸开,嘴唇向两旁平伸,成扁平形,上下齿之间可以容纳约一个小指尖的距离,口腔开口程度较小。
舌位:舌尖抵下齿,舌前部向硬腭尽量抬起,舌身整体向硬腭抬起,舌面与硬腭之间的距离较近,舌前部的高度比发短元音 /ɪ/ 时更高。

发音要领:-e 发 /i:/
声带振动:发音时,声带需要振动,并且要保持稳定、持续的振动,以发出清晰、饱满的 /i:/ 音。
