规则意识伴我行。常言道,不以规矩,不能成方圆。意思是不用规和矩,就画不出方形和圆形。比如,做人做事要有规则才能成功。什么是规则呢?规则就是由人们共同制定、公认并共同遵守的行为规范。他告诉我们什么应该做什么不应该做。国有国法,家有家规。我们每天都会遇到很多规则,在社会上,规则就是道德和法律法规。在学校里,规则就是班级校规。在家里,规则就是甲方家规。比如,行人过马路要走斑马线,遵守红灯停绿灯行的交通规则。坐公交车要自觉为老幼病残孕让座,要遵守排队上车坐稳扶,好不打闹的乘车规则。特别是在学校这个大集体中,自觉遵守规则是形成良好的学习环境和行为习惯的重要保证。这不,学校就制定了小学生守则来教导我们要遵守规则。我们要成为好学生,最基本的就是要遵守学校的那些规则了。比如,上课时要及时进教室,坐好准备上课。课堂上要认真听讲,做好笔记。食堂打饭要遵守先来后到,排好队。平时不能抄袭作业,考试不能作弊。楼道里不能乱跑乱跳、横冲直撞。校园里不能乱丢垃圾、践踏草坪。那怎么才能自觉遵守这些规则呢?这就需要我们都有规则意识了。什么是规则意识?规则意识可以分为三个方面,首先是关于规则的知识,也就是说我们要知道有哪些规则,比如爱国守法、爱护环境、尊敬师长、诚实守信等。只知道有哪些规则是不够的,更重要的是要有自觉遵守这些规则的意愿和习惯,这是规则意识的第二个方面。比如考试作弊,谁都知道作弊是不符合规则的,但为什么还有人作弊呢?这就是因为那些人心中没有自觉遵守规则的意愿和习惯,愿意遵守规则的人,就算没有监考老师和监控也不会去作弊,习惯遵守规则的人,就算没有人要求他们不作弊,也会很习惯的按规则考试,当然对于有些人来说,只有愿望还是不够,还要有遵守规则的能力和行动,这是规则意识的第三个方面。有些人虽然有遵守规则的意愿,也有遵守规则的能力,却缺乏遵守规则的行动。比如组团闯红灯的过马路,很多人原本都是想等绿灯的,但见到闯红灯的人多了也跟着大家一起闯了红灯。同样的,还有乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰、景区涂鸦、随意插队等不文明现象,很多都是因为有遵守规则的意愿和能力,但缺乏遵守规则的行动造成的。规则意识是现代社会每个公民都必备的一种意识,没有规则意识,再好的规则也得不到遵守,社会就会处于无规则状态,生活也无法正常运行,我们的学习成绩也会一落千丈。你看公交车女乘客和司机抢方向盘,导致公交车坠毁。野生动物园女游客在严禁下车的野兽区下车,结果丢了性命。高铁上的霸座男、霸座女也受到了治安管理处罚法的处罚。所以规则就是责任,规则就是行动,遵守规则应该成为我们每个人的生活习惯。规则还是法律的基础,遵守法律从遵守规则开始。遵守规则应该是法治时代每个人都应该做的事情。就让良好的规则意识伴我们快乐学习、健康成长吧。
