Hello, I am Mandy. Now I want to share an unforgettable experience with you.
One day, our teacher told us that there was going to be a science competition (竞赛) in our school. We could do it alone or with a group. I chose to take part in it with my teammates: outgoing Mark, who loved building models (模型) ; and smart Lisa, who always had creative ideas. Though we seemed strong, trust among us was weak. Lisa often disagreed with Mark, while Mark thought Lisa’s ideas were impossible to realize. Our task was to create an eco-friendly city model together. At first, things went wrong. Both Lisa and Mark designed models. Mark was not glad to give up his model. And, Lisa wasn’t, either. I realized if we wanted to make it, we had to solve this problem. The next day when we got together, I told them, “________.”. To my joy, we soon understood how to communicate and work together well.
On the final day, when we knew we had won the prize “Green Future City”, you couldn’t imagine how excited we were. As the teacher said our team was one of the most creative teams and that we could enter a national competition, tears came out of our eyes.

Working Together
One person can go fast, while a group of people can go further. Working together may give you warm help and strength so that you can achieve further goals.
How can we work together well? First, we should have the same goal, because the same goal leads to the same end. Second, we’d better communicate with our teammates well. Good communication helps to exchange ideas clearly. Last but not least, it’s important to trust and encourage each other so that we can be more confident.
Working together brings not only better results but also sincerer friendship.

Now I know great things happen when we work as a team. The real victory wasn’t simply getting the prize but the friendship we built along the way.
