The teacher does some actions（like running，reading，swimming and so on） and lets students guess what he/she is doing now.Then invite one student to do some actions and the other students guess what he/she is doing. Next，lead in the topic：What are you doing right now？ Step 2　Cooperative inquiry 1.Show the pictures in 1a.Ask students to look at the pictures and describe the actions in the pictures.Then lead in the words and phrases and teach the new word：ride.Lead the students to read the words and phrases after the teacher. 2.Ask students to write the activities in the box under the pictures.Then check the answers together. 3.Help students describe the pictures together by asking some questions.For example： T：What are they doing？ Lead students to answer：They are playing volleyball.
