一般现在时be动词用法
一、 be动词的三种基本形式
一般现在时,be动词有 am, is, are 三种形式,需根据主语的人称和数来选择。
1. am:只能和第一人称单数I 搭配
例:I am a middle school student. (我是一名中学生。)
2. is:用于第三人称单数主语
(1)人称代词:he, she, it
例:She is my English teacher. (她是我的英语老师。)
(2)单数名词/不可数名词
例:The book is on the desk. (这本书在桌子上。)/ Milk is healthy. (牛奶很健康。)
(3)指示代词单数:this, that
例:That is a dog. (那是一只狗。)
3. are:用于复数主语和第二人称
(1)人称代词:we, you, they
例:You are right. (你是对的。)/ They are my classmates. (他们是我的同学。)
(2)复数名词
例:These books are mine. (这些书是我的。)
(3)指示代词复数:these, those
例:These are apples. (这些是苹果。)
二、 基本句型
1.肯定句:主语 + be动词 + 表语(名词/形容词/介词短语等)
例:He is tall. (他很高。)/ We are in the classroom. (我们在教室里。)
2.否定句:主语 + be动词 +not + 表语
例:I am not late. (我没有迟到。)/ It is not a cat. (它不是一只猫。)
3.一般疑问句: Be动词+ 主语 + 表语?
回答:Yes, 主语 + be动词. / No, 主语 + be动词 + not.
例:— Are you a student? (你是一名学生吗?)
— Yes, I am. / No, I am not.
4.特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词 + be动词 + 主语?
例:Where is your bag? (你的书包在哪里?)/ Who is she? (她是谁?)
三、 常见用法
1. 表示现在的状态、身份或特征
例:My mother is a doctor. (我妈妈是一名医生。)
2. 表示客观事实或真理
例:The earth is round. (地球是圆的。)
3. 表示现阶段存在的情况
例:They are in Grade Eight. (他们上八年级。)
四、 易错点提醒
1. 主语是单数可数名词或不可数名词时,be动词用 is,不能用are。
错误:The water are cold.
正确:The water is cold.
2. I 后面只能接am,不能用is或are。
错误:I is a girl.
正确:I am a girl.
3. 一般疑问句回答时,主语和be动词要对应,不能缩写(肯定回答中I am 不能写成 I’m)。
错误:— Are you Tom? — Yes, I’m.
正确:— Are you Tom? — Yes, I am.

My best friend
My name is Wei Hua. I want to tell you something about my best friend, Li Weihai.
