Health problems can happen to anyone at any time. Many people don’t know much about health and first aid. For example, my friend Tom had a nosebleed at school last year. He was so afraid. He didn’t know what to do. As a result, the situation got a bit worse. This made me realize how important first aid is. I decided to do something to make a change.
